20/03/2024: Pizzas were great and the beers (no IPA's) were better! Super friendly staff and great service.

01/01/2024: Stayed in our campervan in a car park just up the road. Lovely atmosphere. Great combination for tasty pizza and lovely beers. Would recommend and will return again.

29/03/2024: We called in a Thursday afternoon on the way back from Lahinch. Food was good and a good selection for lunch with a few specials. Would call again and plenty of parking on both sides of the road.

23/03/2024: This was one of our favorite spots that we visited in Ireland. The gluten free offerings were plentiful and the hospitality was extraordinary. We will definitely stop in on our next trip.

21/03/2024: It is a hidden treasure, totally didn't expect the amazing food , staff and unique setting. The premises outside gave the impression of a standard tea room BUT what a wonderful surprise inside. We were only passing through the village and decided we would like something to eat with a nice hot cup of coffee/Tea. Their hot chocolate is a piece of art and delicious we had chanced our arm by calling in, so delighted we did. Unfortunately I don't live locally. I live in Galway but if ever the chance of passing anywhere near there I will make sure of calling in. The staff were so kind and helpful. No pressure on hurrying even though they were very busy. Only thing I didn't see if was wheenchair accessable.

29/12/2023: Perfect spot to enjoy a pint with friends; the Christmas decorations added a fantastic touch, creating a festive ambiance.

05/12/2023: Great local bar in Historic town of Cobh, Co. Cork, Ireland. Fantastic atmosphere and great pint of Murphys Irish Stout.

17/03/2024: The staff are outstanding also the service is first class and the food amazing. It's now our annual treat. The wine pairing with each dish was really good, and the sommelier was excellent. The seating area at the back of the restaurant is so comfortable to have a drink after the meal. Also, the breakfast selection is topclass.

08/03/2024: My husband and I shared the goats cheese bruchetta to start. The goats cheese was fine but the tomatoes were overcooked and barely edible. My husband had the burger and chips, the burger was overcooked and the bun was burnt. I had the turkey and ham, it was prepackaged turkey and ham slices which i couldn't eat but i did bring them home for my dog who didn't complain. The mash was practically solid, the stuffing had far too much herbs, the vegetables and gravy was the usual pub version. My daughter had the children's burger and chips which she said was nice. The atmosphere was decent and the lady serving us was friendly, attentive and excellent at her job. Needless to say we won't be back as we enjoy good quality food.

20/03/2024: Excellent restaurant and well worth a visit. Lives up to it's two stars rating with aplomb. The staff are exceedingly friendly, welcoming and competent.

19/03/2024: Exceptional. There’s honestly nothing to say other than if you’ve been considering trying Chapter One, definitely go for it. Highly professional, skilled, and creative. The ambience is also spot on. Couldn’t fault it! 🤩

04/04/2024: Just came from the Hungry Monkey, had a small breakfast food was fresh very well presented and very reasonable, lovely atmosphere, fantastic staff very attentive, had a lovely conversation with owner Siobhan very welcoming, definitely a 10/10 would highly recommend a visit here,

04/04/2024: This is probably one of the best hotels in which I have ever stayed. My daughter and I went for a two night stay. Customer service at front desk was incredible, especially from Norma and Amona at the front desk. I would definitely recommend staying there.

31/03/2024: The photos don’t do this place justice, this hotel is magical, from the amazing breakfast to the incredibly friendly staff, all the way to the cozy lobby rooms with fireplaces. It’s right in the heart of Killarney town making it an easy central location. Highly recommend staying here. Even though it rained every day, it was still our favorite stay!

28/03/2024: Friendly staff. Brew their own craft beers in the building at the back. Nice pub garden to the rear, some locals playing guitar and singing Irish folk song. Recommended.

26/03/2024: A must visit pub if you're in Dingle. We visited on a miserable wet day and had lovely pints of Guinness in front of a cosy log fire. Heaven!
