28/02/2024: I recently visited the Gallery and was impressed by the service provided by our waiter, Nazim. He greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel incredibly welcome. His professionalism, coupled with a genuine passion for customer satisfaction, sets a high standard. It’s clear that he is not just serving coffee but creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for guests.
18/12/2023: Absolutely wonderful experience. Went for an afternoon tea and the service level was memorably exceptional. Tea, food, ambience, champagne, all phenomenal. Would go back in a heartbeat and reco to anyone!

04/04/2024: Just want to mention,a small lady with glasses, served a few minutes ago, Donaghmede branch, she didn't wear any gloves when dealing and handling of cakes ,I purchased ..I know she was careful... other staff do ..when I get cakes .

02/03/2024: Just received our order, I am so happy with it, and the lady who delivered was kind enough to offer to help me carry it through too. Ordered the edible flowers for the cake and they even added those to the individual cakes we ordered. Such a lovely surprise, thank you
