23/03/2024: Had the pleasure of frequenting this establishment recently and must say we had a brilliant experience from the moment we entered..we had food and drinks....The staff were fantastic and a special mention to the lovely girl at the the bar Geraldine for the fantastic service.Will definitely be back.

01/04/2024: Booked a table for 11 people for Easter sunday lunch for 2pm. Firstly table was only set for 9 people. Waitress took order slightly after 2pm, got starters they were nice, 10 past 3 waitress comes back to say they had no turkey & ham left so 6 orders had to be changed. An hour and 25 mins later still no mains on table. Mains came, cold, veg was hard. Kids meals was over cooked. Offered to “microwave” meals, if we wanted microwave dinners we wouldn’t book a table in a restaurant. When paying said it to the waitress who then went to speak to “Donal”, comes back 10mins later shocked looking that we complained. Donal apparently the owner, if he cared about customer service he would not have sent an employee to deal with the complaint he would have spoken to us himself. Paid the bill, Awful experience, Never will dine here again.

04/04/2024: We spent 3 wonderful nights at The Ghan House . Our room was in the main house and was beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed. Breakfast was included and was delicious 🌟 Dinners were spectacular and the staff were ALL so very welcoming. We thank you all for such a special weekend 🥰

22/03/2024: Magical place in the most enchanting town.....We had a private function in Ghan House for my mother's 60th in February. Everyone was blown away by the food and hospitality. Definitely worth a visit to their restaurant, if not for an overnight stay. Staff are friendly and welcoming - could not do enough for us.

01/04/2024: I absolutely recommend trying their mushroom and chicken vol-au-vent for starters; it's a delicious choice. The cauliflower tempura is accompanied by a fantastic sauce that adds an extra layer of flavor. And if you have a sweet tooth, their cheesecake has always been a favorite of mine. Overall, the food here is consistently great!

01/04/2024: Excellent Sunday Lunch. Straight forward and unpretentious. Good homely tasty food, served quickly with no fuss but good attention to detail. In this day and age, excellent value. Keep up the good work.

27/03/2024: Afternoon lunch with the grandparents couldn't have gone any better. Staff looked after us so well and got my order spot on despite my being the pickiest guy you will ever meet. Grub was good, would definitely recommend and we look forward to our next visit.

05/02/2024: This small cafe is a hidden gem! We had a party of 6, but the breakfast was just what we needed before heading home after a weekend stay close by. The service and quality of food can not be faulted at all and if I'm ever this direction again I would definitely be back!

17/12/2023: Small cosy pub, good pints, football on the TV and no loud music. Sure what more would you want? Good pints of Guinness and the bar staff are on the ball. I haven't eaten here but plan to in the near future as the food looks like good pub grub. Can be difficult to get a seat in the bar area at the weekends. Been back here quite a few times but today was the first time we ate here. Small enough menu but I really enjoyed the fish and chips. Service was quite quick, portions quite big and the food was tasty.

05/04/2024: Lovely decor inside. Staff were attentive and on the ball. The burger I had was 10/10 , tasty, looked good, tasted fabulous.

02/04/2024: We popped in to The Lisdoo on impulse as a treat and had a dreadful experience, in fact it ruined our entire evening. I made a simple request, steak & chips plain, no sauce, no side salad, no dressing, no garnish, just the meat on the plate and I'll return the plate, I couldn't have made it any clearer and they couldn't get that right. They brought out a steak that had mushrooms, onion rings, tomatoes and God knows what else on it. This may well be fine for most people who visit but when you don't eat that stuff because you don't like that stuff then that's nothing short of infuriating and frustrating. I returned the course and refused anything further. My wife & child had their meal and we left. We would not recommend The Lisdoo nor would we return.

24/03/2024: Lovely friendly staff, food was delicious. We had chicken croquettes with spicy mayo for starters for mains. we had a buttermilk chicken burger and teriyaki chicken sandwich, and for desert, we both had Black Forest gateau. Everything was delicious. We look forward to coming back.

01/04/2024: Very modern feeling decor with a comfortable dining experience. The menu is concise and has something for every palate. The food is excellent and is served with little fuss and in good time. The staff are friendly and attentive. The cost is on the higher side but great value for the food and service provided. I would fully recommend to anybody.

07/02/2024: Never knew this place was here service and food was excellent. We were there for lunch and it wasn't too busy . Excellent choice of food and they didn't have what I wanted but they went out on s limb to accommodate me 🙌
