26/03/2024: Simply excellent! We had three lovely nights in a superb room in the lodge. Gorgeous walks, tours of the gardens and a fascinating tour of the castle. The food is excellent in both Raffles and the bar and the service throughout is five star.

13/01/2024: We have just left Ambledown cottage just now and must say we came across this place by accident after a week in Donegal on our way back to Wicklow, beautiful setting great pizza and the staff were the best, cannot say enough about this s place and staff.

27/09/2023: We went for breakfast with our dog in the alley. Plenty of choices, they even have a treats menu for the dogs. Food was good, the service was very pleasant, and our dog was spoilt. I highly recommend it !

We brought my Dad home to Castleblayney for his 80th, booked the Old Coach Inn & honestly, Raymond & his staff couldn't do enough for our party of 19. Made us feel so welcome & nothing was a bother. The food was great & everyone of us were treated exceptionally by all the staff.
The live music was an added bonus.
5 ⭐️ all round. Thanks for everything Raymond & staff.
20/03/2024: We were there for the first time, we really liked it, great service live music, great atmosphere we will definitely visit again 100%

10/02/2024: This place has went down hill from last time I was here. Food was inedible rice was clumped together like it was cooked last week. The nan bread is now like something you would pick up in Iceland for a euro. Main course tasted of vinegar the so called lamb had the appearance of round stake hammered with a sledge. 25 mins over time as well and this was at 430 they were only opened. €20 for a takeaway that went to the dog. Feel sorry for him having to eat it.
Very disappointed costumer. Will never return.

24/02/2024: Love this cafe, coffee is by Badger and Dodo and has a delicious smoky flavour. Traybakes are out of this world and service is always top class from Nathan! Sit-in or takeaway, there's nowhere else I'd rather go....
