Located in the heart of Portobello, this brunch restaurant boasts a lovely and cosy atmosphere with beautiful decorum and honestly stunning water decanters. The service is super friendly and chill, adding to the relaxed vibe.
However, the food is only okay. The pancakes are decent but not outstanding, the vegetarian breakfast - while quite tasty - leaned a bit too much on fried items, and the eggs Benedict were overall disappointing. I very much liked the smoothie bowl, though!
I'll say that some of this might be circumstantial to the day we went, but I wasn't overly impressed.
It is still a nice spot to grab a cup of coffee, especially when the sun is out and you can sit on the patio!
Avocado toast:
Tofu was cold
Avocado wasn’t fresh
Was not at all filling
Diced garlic potatoes with pesto:
These were boiled potatoes that were not diced and were served without pesto
Service:
Very slow but polite and friendly
