24/09/2024: The pizza was absolutely delicious and the service was very good. We were only in town for three days but we liked it so much that we came back a second time. Unfortunately we hadn't realized that they were closed on Mondays.

29/08/2024: The pizza was great! The crust was the right amount of chewy and crispy. We also enjoyed the tiramisu with blueberries on top. Service was quick.

15/10/2024: If six stars were available I’d give them in a heartbeat. Absolutely outstanding food but above all the service is a testament to anyone in the business. Hard working yet kind and approachable staff make Sage into a must visit destination for people who want the fine dining experience without the intimidation. I will absolutely be back next time I’m in Westport and I’ll be telling any possible visitors to come here.

01/10/2024: Normally I’m not writing reviews cause is extremely boring but this time I had to an exception cause they deserve it. I was recently out with my friends in city centre and we absolutely humiliated ourselves on this black poison which called Guinness, so next day I was with one leg on the grave dying on bed with hangover until my flatmate told me about this lads and their deli. I was straight up and ahead to Declan and Donal, I ordered the breakfast roll and i excluded the beans cause In combo with the Guinness from last would be a bad experience, anyway the brekie was absolutely massive the sausage fresh the bread was so soft the mushroom the pudding were absolutely amazing. I have to give this spot 5/5 it’s one of the best places in Dublin to have food anytime the quality is perfect and the atmosphere is great. After milling the brekie with a cup of tea I was ready to go for a second round mortal combat without socks. Deadly spot and hopefully they will keep going and making sure that the quality will remain same. All the best lads !!!!!

22/09/2024: This is a great place, book early if you want a table or go for the bar for a dinner as a ‘walk in’ but be early. With that out of the way, food is gorgeous, it’s not a steak place, it’s all very elegant and tasty. Wines and cocktails are available massive wine list and even the more exclusive wines are sold by the glass. Ambience is great service even better ( we spend 4 hrs, struck up a conversation with other diners) it’s that kinda place..

27/09/2024: Great little wine and cheese bar! Owner was absolutely delightful!

20/09/2024: Average, style over substance. The tartlet needed more salt. The woodpigeon was disappointing. I had only ever had it pink not as part of an apricot and walnut ballotine. It was overcooked? dry and didn't taste nice. The beef fillet was perfectly cooked but there wasn't enough beef cheek. The liquorice and rhubarb was delicious but I did think it would have been better if the rhubarb had been cooked a little more and was more tender. Initially the service was rushed.

15/09/2024: Very expensive but worth it if you have the money. Woodpigeon as a starter was very rich in flavour and tastefully decorated. The rib eye beef was melt in the mouth and had a delicious gravy along with a big Yorkshire pudding. The chocolate souffle was also amazing, really warm and had caramel inside of it. Also they somehow made popcorn flavoured ice cream. Would recommend.

02/10/2024: What a brilliant experience. A wonderful friendly atmosphere and entertainment during our lunchtime visit and with good food too.

13/09/2024: We had a great time here! Learned how to draw a pint of Guiness...scored an 8! Also had a beginner lesson in Hurling; no not the kind you do after too much fun, but an actual Irish sport... difficult but fun. Great sing-along with the local combo and Fred the dedicated and informative owner.

10/10/2024: Lovely friendly welcome on a very busy evening. Great service and wonderful food beautifully presented. Great atmosphere too, guitarist was playing. Make sure you book first or you could be disappointed. The tall lady with glasses ( sorry didn't get name) was very helpful and customer orientated, thank you.
