The Grattan in Waterford

A gem of a place...traditional irish dishes dome superbly. Great staff , and the personal touch from the owner is wonderful and unique.

Amazing experience at Grattan! If you’re even near Waterford, this is the place to enjoy wonderfully home crafted meals while feeling like part of the community. The fish and chips were some of the best we’ve had, and our so son’s cheeseburger was huge! Thank you, Grattan Bar!

It was my first time in Ireland and out of everywhere I went this place was the best. The food was unreal so good I can’t wait to take another trip and go back the owners we’re so friendly kind and sweet. They made my wife feel like at home and I couldn’t have asked for a better host and food best spot in Waterford music was very good and the owner loves basketball and a Celtics fan wich was great because we are from Boston.

Spotlessly clean place, lovely woman working there, great food. I’ll be back.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere here. The couple who owns the bar are incredibly kind and inviting. Amazing, home cooked food. The perfect comfort meal after a long travel day. Would recommend this stop to anyone visiting Waterford.
