18/08/2024: The most beautiful meal for our ten year anniversary, the food was unreal. I'm coeliac and they are fantastic for gluten free and cross contamination awareness. The staff and atmosphere were fab. Cocktails gorgeous. The chefs are absolutely top class. Really thank you for the food and the experience 👏

07/09/2024: Every one of Emiliano's staff who served our visits was considerate and prompt, professional yet pleasant, and well trained in their position. The almost always sold-out room was a bit loud on a Friday night, but at other times very relaxed and filled with smiling faces. Do get a reservation at least a couple of days in advance. You'll get to choose from appropriately priced dishes promptly prepared, served with your choice of well curated yet reasonably priced Italian wines. From the properly cooked veal t-bone to the meaty and cheesy nonnie-style lasagna, we felt like we were back in Italy. Proprietor Emiliano seemed to be everywhere, smiling and greeting customers and coaching his staff. The best restaurant in Waterford county, to say the least. Enjoy.

27/08/2024: In spite of very limited choices, the food was truly exceptional and it’s clear to see why Michelin would award them with accolades. And the pricing for the meal was hard to believe and equates to great value. The service was amiss, as were other details. We were there on a slow night so the vibe was quite dead and it made us want to just get done and leave in spite of the beautiful barrel brick ceiling and the 24 euro Middleton’s rare (great price). We noticed when approaching the front door how filthy and full of trash the front steps were which is easy enough to rectify - just one more thing that shows no one is watching the details.

22/08/2024: My family enjoyed our dinner in this fabulous restaurant. The foods are tasty and delicious. Everything is great. We'll be back again for sure.

26/08/2024: Super fresh thick sourdough bread and plenty of filling. Went for the porchetta special. Proper Italian sambos. Unreal.

15/08/2024: Brilliant bakery with authentic Italian products. The pizza was especially delicious and the staff are all friendly.

24/08/2024: Fantastic place. Menu is varied and interesting. I had the beef short rib and it was just perfection. Fell apart on the fork and all the accompaniments were delicious. Had the chocolate fondant for desert and it was worth the 10 minute wait. Very indulgent but nicely sized so as not to overdo it. The Nero d'Avola I had alongside was also top notch. Literally couldn't fault it. We were there with the kids and they were chuffed with it all too - particularly the wide selection of ice-cream. All-in-all a fantastic restaurant.

01/09/2024: Little gem hidden in Waterford! Authentic Italian food,portions are huge and the tiramisù was delicious,we can’t wait to visit again!

11/08/2024: Essen in Irland ist ja immer so naja, und diese Kneipe ist hier leider keine Ausnahme… Frittierter, Fett triefender Fisch, Schweinebraten Knochen trocken, vegetarische Option panierter und, natürlich im gleichen Öl wie der Fisch, die Bratwürste und der Bacon, frittierter Ziegenkäse… Zustand der Toiletten gibt ja immer ein gutes Bild über ein Etablissement ab, Herrentoilette steht die Pisse so hoch das man mit Sandalen besser nicht reingeht vom nassen Toiletten Sitz mal ganz zu schweigen, aber der irische Mann hat ja ohnehin ein Problem mit der Toiletten Etikette… Alles in Allem geht lieber ins Geoff‘s da gehen die Mitarbeiter der nahegelegenen Bank zum Lunch…

08/08/2024: Great atmosphere! Food was good too. The bathrooms were not great though. It’s family friendly so can take your kids with you.

02/09/2024: We went for food and a few drinks . One of us paid €25 for a horrible meal they forgot to even give the chips plus when we asked the meal was cold and then they tried to charge extra for the chips . We waited ages for drinks . Asked several times . Won’t be going for food there again and with the price either. The anchor is much nicer in every way

02/09/2024: What an amazing place! The service is so welcoming and the food is great. Lovely indie music in the background. The most amazing pints of Guinness two weeks apart - so consistent. Would recommend to everyone.

25/08/2024: We had lunch in the 2 sisters have eating here a couple of times always enjoyed it so when visiting dungarvan we always stop here , food was really good but the restaurant has gone very down hill it’s seemed old wore and dirty , our cutlery was dirty had to ask for new ones our glasses were dirty had to ask for new ones , I seen a waiter bring 3 meals out couldn’t find which table they were for and just left the 3 dishes on a shelf by the door where people were standing waiting for a table , even tho the food was good I won’t be returning pity as it’s always somewhere we would recommend or visit ourselves when in the area
