A very good place, the food was delicious and plentiful. The service was also very good. It's a place I would recommend. The only thing we didn't like was that they don't have very good ventilation, so if you eat inside, your clothes will smell like food afterwards.

A beautiful chilled Saturday morning breakfast! My first time visiting the east road cafe, and it definitely won’t be my last. Trendy little coffee shop with an extensive breakfast/brunch/sandwich menu. We had the chilli eggs with feta and toasted seeds & breakfast burrito, both could not be faulted for flavour and ingredient compliments. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

Super typical place where you'll find locals! The Irish breakfast was plentiful, we loved it. The staff was also friendly, I highly recommend it.

Waterford Marina Hotel

11/04/2026: Lovely hotel. Everything and everywhere was very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Liked the decor throughout the hotel, very fresh and modern. Bedroom was a good size and well decorated. Liked the coffee machine and that there was also a kettle. Breakfast was great, a good selection available. Gluten free bread was available on request. About a ten minute walk to the main shopping area.
16/03/2026: 10/10 experience. Walking distance from the Anderson’s Quay bus station (highly recommend Kavanaugh coach). Private and quiet location off the main street. Open your window to enjoy the birds in the morning. Friendly, fast welcome at check in. Tidy and unfussy room was very comfortable and spacious. Shower water pressure was next-level. Biscuits and tea was a lovely finish to a long day. Close walk to dining options. Royal Wok is delicious and right around the corner. Endless shops and High Street close by. So perfect, can’t wait to be back.

Paddy Coyne’s Pub

21/01/2026: Truly beautiful pub and spectacular food. We returned to this area on vacation specifically to have dinner here. Everything was delicious, from the fish to the meat, fabulous desserts, and excellent beer.
28/10/2025: Waow ! That is an amazing pub, the lady was really nice and we can warn up near a friendly fire after a good hike. The guiness was perfect and people in the pub really nice ! I recommend it !
