04/05/2026: Superb in every regard. The rack of lamb was perfection and the gravy was lush. Atmosphere was comfortable with a quiet buzz, no loud music or obnoxious patrons. Kind of gave a New England vibe. Wait staff was awesome and it was great talking to them after the meal as well. Genuinely couldn't recommend it more, just make sure you book reservations early.

02/05/2026: We were absolutely blown away by the food, staff and atmosphere at Momos. It’s was easily the best meal we’ve had and are still thinking about it the next day. We loved the good quality local ingredients which contributed to the incredible flavours. Everything was cooked beautifully and every detail in the restaurant was perfect. The staff were super attentive and very friendly. Also special thank you to Camile for giving us some great recommendations for around the city! Can’t recommend enough!

21/05/2026: Beautiful pub tucked away off the street with a nice relaxed atmostphere and comfy seating. Had a delicious dinner, food cooked to perfection in lovely portions at a reasonable price, and a nice selection of drinks. Very pleasant manager and a really lovely young barman who was very kind to us when we didn't realise the closing time and stayed a tad late, a credit to himself and the pub - we hope to be back, but in a more time aware manner next time!

17/05/2026: Had a craic of a time at the Gingerman. We stopped for a local Irish fare at a pub and we are so glad we did. The place is so amazing, the staff was awesome. Be aware the portions are large lol

28/04/2026: Called last Saturday during the food festival. Had the Ken McGrath burger. Delicious and great value at E16. Great service and very helpful staff. Charged my phone at the bar no bother. We call now and again and always a pleasure.

26/04/2026: Nice bar right in the centre of the square with a great atmosphere. The food was very good and reasonably priced, especially for such a busy spot. It was quite lively when we visited, which added to the overall experience. Would definitely recommend if you’re in Dungarvan.

30/05/2026: Was here quite recently and the food is very meh. Not really worth the price. There was quite a wait but not terrible. I got the breakfast hash and it was just bad. Dry, no real flavour, and the little swirl of sauce was basically useless. It was extremely loud Inside. The table beside us was basically shouting. Not recommended honestly. Better areas nearby.

28/05/2026: Visited for breakfast on a Monday morning and had a really lovely experience. Sitting outside on a sunny day is definitely worth it — you have beautiful sea views on one side and a charming pedestrian street on the other. There is some street noise, but it still adds to the atmosphere rather than taking away from it. The food was excellent. The healthy breakfast was really tasty and fresh, and the pancakes were delicious too. The portions are very generous — we actually had to pack the pancakes to take home. Great coffee, lovely atmosphere and a perfect spot to relax and enjoy breakfast.

16/04/2026: We had a fantastic experience at Everett’s. We chose it for a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed, which made the evening feel really special without being overly formal. The food was excellent - well balanced, full of flavour and clearly made with care. Every dish felt thought through and enjoyable. Service was attentive and friendly, without being intrusive. It made the whole experience even more comfortable. Overall, a great place for a special occasion. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

10/05/2026: Went for lunch in sat last, total disaster Luke warm food, cold chips,no bar service to table, despite having 4 younge men hovering around cleaning tables.Had to go to bar to order drinks with our meal,and they didn't even get that right.On the positive I got a free choc brownie,Have always went to the Granville,for bar food,and always got good food and service.Sat carvery was dreadfully,service dreadfully,waited about.20 mins for a sandwich,which came.with warm meat ,and cold.chips.Wont be going again,my.family.were down for the day,I was embarrassed at what we got

10/06/2026: We went to the reg for food last week for a small reunion. The chowder was absolutely delicious and the fish special recommended by Tila was amazing. Staff were so nice and attentive and Tila really looked after us. Such a nice place to visit. Will definitely be back!

28/05/2026: Visited with my family for food and drinks only, not the hotel stay. The location and views are absolutely beautiful — on a sunny day it genuinely felt more like being somewhere in Spain than Ireland. The atmosphere and seaside setting are definitely the highlight of this place. Unfortunately, the food and service did not match the location. The prices were quite high for the quality received — for example, the fish of the day with chips was €23 and quite disappointing. We also had to ask twice for additional drinks and the order was still ignored, which made the experience frustrating. Overall, a lovely place for the views and atmosphere, but the food and service need improvement.

02/01/2026: Overall, the food was not great. Most dishes came out, colder incorrect, and had to be remain. The oysters were the only thing that was worthwhile. Other than that you have an inexperienced kitchen and a wait staff, too worried about their tip and not about the customers experience.

28/12/2025: We really enjoyed it. The view was spectacular, the staff were very friendly, and the food was amazing.

19/05/2026: Luggage service was provided at check-in and check-out. Changing rooms was no problem, as we were unable to use the stairs due to mobility issues. Breakfast was excellent and the service throughout was superb. Best regards, Beate and Marie

18/05/2026: Stayed here with my parents to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. The team couldn't do enough for them, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Ross carried all their luggage from the car to their room - both parents have walking sticks. Leanne was also a smiling helpful lady. Karen our waitress had such a lovely way with her and kept the one liners coming which charmed my parents. They love the banter! The rooms were fantastic, comfortable, well appointed and recently refurbished. The supervisor at breakfast was excellent too, we didn't catch his name but he was another real asset. We caught him about to head out to the car with my parents luggage in the rain, just stopped him in time - we had coats he didn't! This has got to be the friendliest hotel in ireland! Well done everyone, you aced the customer journey 👏🏻
