Brasserie in Waterford

A pleasant surprise! What I though would be a expensive tourist trap restaurant turned out to be phenomenal! Well worth a stop in

Service was great! Cabbage wedge was delightful, really good flavors. Irish cheese platter 10/10. Chocolate mousse was delicious and a must get. Beef and Guinness stew was amazing!

A 'must see' if you are in Dublin. Admittedly, it is super commercial, but that doesn't detract from the experience. And hey, the view from the Gravity Bar with a Guinness in your hand: amazing!

Save your money and eat elsewhere. The salad was bagged mixed greens with half of them rotten and slimy, with a minimal bland dressing and 2 cherry tomatoes halved on top. Honestly embarrassing to call it a salad. The Irish stew was decent, minimal vegetables but the gravy and flavor was great.

An absolutely lovely restaurant! Would definitely recommend to go there. The oysters were heavenly.

I decided to try something a bit different. Meat stewed in beer. It was delicious, though you couldn’t taste the beer at all. There was hardly any queue, even though the whole complex was packed with visitors. The service was quick. Thank you.
