Everett's in Waterford

Awesome food, great service, lovely location.

Great food and excellent service.

In spite of very limited choices, the food was truly exceptional and it’s clear to see why Michelin would award them with accolades. And the pricing for the meal was hard to believe and equates to great value. The service was amiss, as were other details. We were there on a slow night so the vibe was quite dead and it made us want to just get done and leave in spite of the beautiful barrel brick ceiling and the 24 euro Middleton’s rare (great price). We noticed when approaching the front door how filthy and full of trash the front steps were which is easy enough to rectify - just one more thing that shows no one is watching the details.

My family enjoyed our dinner in this fabulous restaurant. The foods are tasty and delicious. Everything is great. We'll be back again for sure.

I'd like to thank everyone at Everets for making my wife's 60th birthday very special last night. First off , we got the table I'd requested when booking...A table we'd previously had a great night at, so that was a great start and my wife immediately relaxed and settled in for the great experience to come. We were cared for by the lovely Kim and another girl who's name I didn't catch..apologies for that....nevertheless...they were both amazing and had the talent of appearing just at the right time. The food was so good that it seems almost unfair to refer to it as mere food...lol ....it was much more..it was an experience of pleasure that makes you enjoy the fact that you yourself "Can Cook"....but this is way above "Cooking"....Huge thanks and Respect to all at Everets and keep on keeping on....We will be back. I had the Crabmeat and then the Beef. My wife had the Goats cheese and Monkfish....both meals were exceptionally good... I will upload pics..once again...well done everets

Outstanding on every level. Firstly the beautiful scallop starter, fantastic pork and delightful eclair dessert. . The staff were exceptional, thank you to Geraldine who really went above and beyond to please us. Well done to everyone.

One of our two absolutely favourite restaurants during our vacation in Ireland. Everett's is a lovely bistro-feeling restaurant, very private and cosy, with a kitchen and menu that is difficult to surpass. Especially at a price that will make many other restaurants weep and wonder how Everett's can offer their exquisite menus at that affordable price. Excellent choice of wines, too!

Everett’s is a remarkable restaurant experience. The menu looks short but is in fact truly diverse with the daily special that is truly that. The standard of service and setting is from the top drawer and when coupled with the excellent food makes it a “go to” in Waterford.

I usually don't create reviews for restaurants unless I've been duly impressed. This is one of those. I would call it a must-stop for anyone visiting in Waterford. And have to share one particular thing: their brown bread served at the beginning of the meal. We've had brown bread all over Ireland, but this one was outstanding. It's all my wife could talk about for the next week. I even wrote to the restaurant about the recipe. It's a family secret, but they did share some particulars of the ingredients. From that point, the entire meal was excellent, the venue nice, the service okay. Would return if we ever get back there.

Great food ,memorable crab starter with tomato,local trout ,fetherblade of beef,nice selection of cheese and a cherry pud,wine was a delicious Pinot Gris from NZ
