A great location in Waterford in a historic building. There's a lovely rooftop terrace with views of the river. The food and service is great.

The young lady that served us was so friendly , so helpful and so full of information, she was fantastic. The food was absolutely exquisite πŸ‘Œ πŸ˜‹ the atmosphere was awesome. The prices were top notch. We loved this place. Highly recommend

Food was really good! But what impressed me most was the kids meal deal €10 for a starter, main, ice cream and cordial or milk, and good options for the kids! The kids fish was delicious! We’ll be back here!

Perfect pint of Guinness. Wide selection of whiskey including Spots, all decently priced. Live music each day, and outside seating. Located at Viking triangle. Interesting rooms and alcoves.

Stopped for decent soul food after a weekend away traveling , got the chicken burger and hamburger , chef deserves to have the face shifted off them , food was delicious, chips were spectacular , girl serving us was lovely.

Joe organized a BBQ for 200 people on Friday, July 17th, right after the World Gaelic Games. All the French teams were together for the evening. A fantastic concert with Churchyardsessions, a great meal with perfect timing, followed by a dance floor packed with energy by our athletes. Dooley's Hotel

19/05/2026: Luggage service was provided at check-in and check-out. Changing rooms was no problem, as we were unable to use the stairs due to mobility issues. Breakfast was excellent and the service throughout was superb. Best regards, Beate and Marie
18/05/2026: Stayed here with my parents to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. The team couldn't do enough for them, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Ross carried all their luggage from the car to their room - both parents have walking sticks. Leanne was also a smiling helpful lady. Karen our waitress had such a lovely way with her and kept the one liners coming which charmed my parents. They love the banter! The rooms were fantastic, comfortable, well appointed and recently refurbished. The supervisor at breakfast was excellent too, we didn't catch his name but he was another real asset. We caught him about to head out to the car with my parents luggage in the rain, just stopped him in time - we had coats he didn't! This has got to be the friendliest hotel in ireland! Well done everyone, you aced the customer journey πŸ‘πŸ»

02/08/2026: Great place to come with friends, good atmosphere, great variety on the menu and they have cocktail offers
31/07/2026: Had a great few hours here trying all kinds of Irish whiskeys we had never heard of. Adam and Lee were both delightful bartenders. Great recommendations and also honest un-recommendations. We will be back!
