The Reg in Waterford

I'm taking off one star, the Irish security guard wouldn't let a group of 6 people in,

A quaint Irish pub in the heart of Waterford. Excellent beers, simple and tasty food, friendly service, and live music. Everything you could ask for.

Was there at night for drinks and the pace was hopping with a great atmosphere. Mostly a young crowd but fairly mixed. We went there the next day for lunch. I had the hake with cous cous. It was nice. My wife had the prawn pil pil and said it was delicious.

Here for a hen, great music inside and outside

A pleasant place, a quality meal

Fantastic place! Delicious, live music, extremely recommend to visit!!

Had lovely fish & chip lunch here, huge place and interesting interior. Imagine it would be a good place on weekend nights.

Excellent and plentiful seafood dinner. Very pleasant atmosphere and very kind and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our dining experience in the Reg. The food was tasty and we found the staff there fabulous. The young team were friendly and welcoming, eager to provide a good service, it was just such a lovely atmosphere in there. We would definitely recommend. Also the staff were very accommodating to our sons coeliac diet.

A great location in Waterford in a historic building. There's a lovely rooftop terrace with views of the river. The food and service is great.
