The Gingerman in Waterford

Beautiful pub tucked away off the street with a nice relaxed atmostphere and comfy seating. Had a delicious dinner, food cooked to perfection in lovely portions at a reasonable price, and a nice selection of drinks. Very pleasant manager and a really lovely young barman who was very kind to us when we didn't realise the closing time and stayed a tad late, a credit to himself and the pub - we hope to be back, but in a more time aware manner next time!

Had a craic of a time at the Gingerman. We stopped for a local Irish fare at a pub and we are so glad we did. The place is so amazing, the staff was awesome. Be aware the portions are large lol

Massive food potion & reasonable price, staff friendly & amazing pub

Good food and good beer. Friendly staff. Mid afternoon on a damp april day and it was very full, but still had some seating. Bigger than you think.

My wife and I went in there for dinner today , my god the food was unbelievable, staff amazing, price of food excellent, portion size massive, I had the steak sandwich and my wife had mexican wrap , savage food

Bistro bar in heart of waterford city, grest food menu and wide range of beverages. Friendly staff.

Good service but stops servicing food at 6:30.
