19/05/2026: Luggage service was provided at check-in and check-out. Changing rooms was no problem, as we were unable to use the stairs due to mobility issues. Breakfast was excellent and the service throughout was superb. Best regards, Beate and Marie

18/05/2026: Stayed here with my parents to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. The team couldn't do enough for them, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Ross carried all their luggage from the car to their room - both parents have walking sticks. Leanne was also a smiling helpful lady. Karen our waitress had such a lovely way with her and kept the one liners coming which charmed my parents. They love the banter! The rooms were fantastic, comfortable, well appointed and recently refurbished. The supervisor at breakfast was excellent too, we didn't catch his name but he was another real asset. We caught him about to head out to the car with my parents luggage in the rain, just stopped him in time - we had coats he didn't! This has got to be the friendliest hotel in ireland! Well done everyone, you aced the customer journey 👏🏻

10/05/2026: Had a lovely stay at Hannoras Cottage. The views are absolutely beautiful, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was fabulous. Such a warm, relaxing place to stay — would definitely recommend.

19/07/2026: We've been several times in Interlude and we've absolutely loved it every time! We've stopped for lunch today and it didn't reached our expectations as before, we were waiting quite long for our food and the fish dishes were very small,but not cheap at all; my husband got hake and he was still hungry afterwards 🙈

12/07/2026: Called in for food and refreshments. Good bit of grub nice location plenty of seating in and out.

01/07/2026: Room was great for the price, clean comfortable and good , the food was awful , ordered a steak ciabatta and a roast dinner, steak was inedible, and I physically stretched it in front of the staff to show how rubbery it was by not being able to even snap it, the roast came without mash, or veg, as it turned out they had none left, they replaced my steak with a beef roll, which wasn't great. But charged full price for the original order, I had heard good things about the food , but one of the worst experiences I've had, and to be charged full for food we didn't get

30/06/2026: Brought my elderly relative to the Latch Restaurant today. Fantastic three course lunch and incredible value. We were in Fermoy for some shopping and based on advice from another family member we decided to travel to Tallow to get lunch in the Latch. We weren't disappointed! I had the Clonakilty Black Pudding starter. The accompanying onion relish was amasing. I had the cod for main course. I have never tasted cod so perfectly cooked. Perfection! Thank you very much.

20/06/2026: This just just a great resturant. Staff are excellent, the building is beautiful, very comfortably laid out and spotlessly clean And yes the food is just so good too Well done Its a pleasure to go to a resturant that does it all so well

02/07/2026: Really great experience. We had 2 dogs with us so had to sit outside. They were so accommodating to us it was great. To top it off the food was amazing and the service brilliant. Would highly recommend.

11/07/2026: First time trying it out since the lovely bohills left....so so disappointing. One of 2 food tables on the go...im a chef hes a barman/waitress all his life looking for a quick bite to eat when we had no kids . menu well presented but the same ding dong that was on it 20 years ago unfortunately with 1 or 2 extras . First of all the place needs a good clean like a really good clean . Dust all over the hanging decor and food dropping all over the floor that the flies were enjoying . 3 men behind the bar 10 customers throughout so no excuse. I ordered veggie burger my first mistake and he ordered lasagna. Order came wrong chicken burger and veggie burger then we were told lasagna ready just gonna be another 4minutes. Chef mickey did exactly what we expected and the cheese was soggy instead of crisp. Veggie burger and chips under cooked, garlic bread with the lasagna was a slice of bread again disappointing surely yee can do better than that lads. Veggie burger was so undercooked it just fell apart the cheapest of the cheap cheap frozen veggie burgers try the "big al" brand at least they have a bit of flavour and crisp to them. Honestly feel like we wasted money and our alone time and wouldnt be in any kind of rush to go back again so so disappointing 😕 Huge potential just not being utilised 🤷‍♀️

19/06/2026: Have been there multiple times. Have found the staff very friendly and efficient. Love the carvery. The chief is very friendly. Loads of parking and plenty of room for big busses.
