Brilliant pub off the motorway in Kilmeadan. Well worth the 3 minute detour. Great food, big portions, well presented, no long wait, priced competitively, outside space. The lounge is spacious and comfortable and the three young women who looked after us were absolutely lovely (excellent bar manager). Wish we lived closer so we could visit more often. Well done O'Donnacha's Bar.
Really great experience. We had 2 dogs with us so had to sit outside. They were so accommodating to us it was great.
To top it off the food was amazing and the service brilliant.

Food was lovely and reasonably priced.Staff were friendly.Good choice of menu and parking is good here.The only issue I really had was that there was no disability toilet and as I was supporting an individual with a rollator this was a very negative factor.Attempting to enter the toilet facilities was a disaster as the toilet was so narrow and the cubicle was stuck in a corner that no one with a wheelchair let alone a rollator could avail of bathroom facilities.When stated rhe facts to the manager it was suggested that he could use the ladies as it was wider....Really.I was informed that they were in the process of adding on a I presume a disability toulet but this is now on hold.

19/08/2025: I have ordered food for collection from this place a few times. Definitely my favourite Chinese in Waterford. The food always tastes good and is hot& fresh. I have never sat inside so I can’t say . But the woman behind the desk is very friendly and welcoming also
