We stopped to eat there by chance the first time and absolutely loved it—home-style cooking with generous portions. Now, whenever we drive by, we make sure to stop for a meal. It is always very noisy and crowded there.
Luckily we had booked as the place was heaving. We were returning as our last visit was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending O'Donnacha's. You won't be disappointed.
Had dinner here on Sunday great neef dinner 18 euro and lovely deserts all very well priced lovely friendly staff and customers busy spot 😀 food was enjoyed bk again soon thanks
Brilliant pub off the motorway in Kilmeadan. Well worth the 3 minute detour. Great food, big portions, well presented, no long wait, priced competitively, outside space. The lounge is spacious and comfortable and the three young women who looked after us were absolutely lovely (excellent bar manager). Wish we lived closer so we could visit more often. Well done O'Donnacha's Bar.

19/08/2025: I have ordered food for collection from this place a few times. Definitely my favourite Chinese in Waterford. The food always tastes good and is hot& fresh. I have never sat inside so I can’t say . But the woman behind the desk is very friendly and welcoming also
