Dooley's Hotel in Waterford

From the front door on we were made very welcome and throughout our stay, we were "Spoiled" by the wonderful team on duty. We're looking forward to returning...hopefully with a front facing room(I love traffic☺️). Thanks to all of you guys 👍

Great hotel to stay. It’s in the center of town. The restaurant’s food was great. Also, long term parking is behind the building across the street from the hotel if not you in short term. I had to pay for both because there is not a sign that determines shirt or long until you speak with hotel front desk.

All good, it's a shame that buses park right in front of the hotel restaurant window and block the view of the river.

This hotel is a classic English room. Very cute. Very clean. The room was great. Ask for a room on the back as it is quieter (we were on the front, by the street, which was a little loud). The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is in an unusual spot. On one hand, it is the perfect location during the day to walk to the Viking triangle. But the hotel is directly across from the bus station. Went to get take away after dark and just seemed like a lot of people standing around. I didn't have any trouble, but you need to be alert. Don't be worried by the "no free parking" that comes up when searching for hotels. Just park across the street from the hotel, pay the cost, and you are all set. It's really pretty easy. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. Great location. Train station approx 8 minutes away. Bus station facing it. Great bar food. All staff members from reception to household to bar and restaurant staff were friendly, polite, helpful and attentive. 100% will come again and highly recommend it.

A brilliant stay .staff second to none .food lovely ....one lovely girl couldn't do enough for us .her name is Monica. Soon didn't get names of other staff .everyone so helpful.

The best hotel to stay in Waterford.

This is a very good hotel. It was my first time in waterford and i stayed here and it was amazing. Little costly for waterford but ok as location is good. 10 minute walk from train station and buses ok JJ kavanagh stops right in front of the hotel. Staff is nice and restaurant has good food. Only issue checkin time is 4 it could be by 2 also. Overall good place to stay nice and clean rooms.

Excellent coffee and service in the bar. The lady on reception was exceptionally kind and helpful when my flight was changed and I needed a print of my new boarding card. I’ll have to stay the night next time so I can review the rooms!
