I had a 21st party here for my daughter last night and it was incredible, everything was beautifully laid out , they took care of everything , we just dropped balloons and cake during the day and they organised everything, the staff were professional, helpful and friendly and Justin went above and beyond to ensure the night ran smoothly. 100% recommend for a function

We had our wedding party here early in August. Justin was very accommodating and attentive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went to plan. The food was delicious, we went with finger food and we had more than enough aswell as super tasty. The layout and presentation of the rooms was beautiful. Everyone had a great night. I would highly recommend Justin and holy cross to host your special event.

Have been there multiple times. Have found the staff very friendly and efficient. Love the carvery. The chief is very friendly. Loads of parking and plenty of room for big busses.

19/07/2026: Myself and my partner had dinner at the Sika restaurant during our stay in Powerscourt. The service was really good. The food was good - however the carrots (side dish) we were served weren’t fully cooked. Our main issue was the cocktails. We have been to Powerscourt hotel restaurants a number of times and the shaken (non-spritz) cocktails always disappoint. For the price of the cocktails and the fact this is a high star hotel - you look forward to a well made drink. The establishment needs to higher a head mixologist to instruct the bar staff how to make cocktails - it’s not that difficult.

03/09/2026: This place has online plaudits and I would agree that the toasties are tasty. It's not budget at close to €70 for five people but there was plenty of filling, with the cheese oozing. The drink selection is artisanal with craft pops. So inevitably pricey. There was a deli and wine shop on site but we did not sample.
04/08/2026: Really a gem. Wonderful shop selling local and other products. Great wine selection and owners very knowledgeable. Lustau Vermouth worth trying. Thursday tapas Ballylickey style definitely worth a trip
