05/12/2024: Very disappointed with the way a member of staff treated me. Very rude to me for absolutely no reason. I’d have no interest in going out of my way to be rude to a stranger.
09/11/2024: Really great spot with very attentive staff. Apologies again for knocking that table of cocktails. As I said at the time to you guys and Garda McGrath, the DJ has to take some responsibility for my dance moves when his tunes are so banging.

17/02/2025: This place is a terrible establishment would not recommend the bouncers in this place are are known for assaulting people and are terrible people. They are also know for hiding from the gardai when they assault customers and nothing ever happens about it and they get away with it
14/02/2025: I was in for lunch on Monday and I came back yesterday because the food and service was 10/10. Will absolutely be back again soon. Great lunch spot I wouldn’t have considered before.

12/02/2025: Spent day 2 of a wedding in Bridgie Terries pub. Guinness was like Mothers Milk - absolutely gorgeous. Live music was great, prices reasonable and craic mighty. Well worth a visit.

24/03/2025: Stopped in here for a quick drink on paddies weekend,and my god how sorry were we,the rudeness out of the person behind the bar,we had our dog with us,I had asked is the dog okay to come in and he said yes only for another member of staff to say 20min later that dogs are not allowed, next thing 2 of them started arguing very loud with each other about the dog.So drank our drink's and got ready to leave.As the man approached our table,my 3 old son dropped some prinkels on the floor as kids do,only for him to make a face in horror to the mess on the floor,like I mean it's crazy the customer service in this place.PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST!!
FYI,I could say a lot more about the place

20/01/2025: We had a pre lunch drink in Murph's Bar.After sitting at a fabulous open fire and pre lunch G/T we walked around the corner to the Beach House.The fish was delicious ,Lemon Sole and Haddock served with chips. Our starter was crab which was served with traditional homemade soda bread and salad. I had a chilled glass of Sancerre and our young guest enjoyed a Sicilian Lemonade.Thanks to all we will be back soon.
26/10/2024: New setup now doing fish and chips with more regular opening hours. We had 2 different fish n chips with bottle of house white, 1 dessert & 1 coffee for €83. Was it worth it? Well the food was really good so top marks for that. However the place is devoid of warmth and feel good factor. The warm welcome was non- existent from the man in the hatch that checked us in. The decor is cold and the attempt at being a cool casual quirky place just doesn’t work. It’s basically an eat and go fish n chips setup which might suit the owners …… but not the customers. Oh and €33 for house wine in a cafe is taking the ….

01/12/2024: Visited here twice in a few days a sir was so good and one of the only restaurants open in tramore in November midweek. Open from Tuesday at this time.
Great food. Delightful staff and lovely wine list.
09/11/2024: The food was top notch The view was absolutely amazing. The parking was easy. Overall great value for money. The only thing the restaurant was a bit cold. However if they’ve had a full house I’m sure it would’ve been warm.
The service personel was very attentive. The sprite can couldn’t be opened and the server offered a new one straight away.

07/03/2025: The staff have lost all hope, I think the next me who served me needs a good boss to put done life into her.
The breakfast was great and she made me a lovely coffee, but it was very expensive.
It is due to high rents & rates though, the place is looking worn out and tired sadly. But if you don’t own the property and the landlord is the only winner, you don’t have much hope sadly.
22/02/2025: Absolutely terrible for breakfast... Ordered at the counter a full breakfast, sat down and within 2mins my breakfast arrived... it was burnt pudding, rashers that were cooked with ages - like rubber, could barely cut them. I don't believe it is cooked to order, id say its pre cooked apart from the eggs....staff have no interest in customers, it's like after you order and pay they don't care. Would not recommend this place for breakfast... to be fair I've been here before and it's nice for a coffee and dessert but never again for breakfast

21/11/2024: We had a lovely Sunday lunch, it was warm and cozy in the restaurant. The Irish stew and Roast dinner were both excellent. It was overall a nice experience. The food was hot and the Chef even came out to say hello! We will recommend to our Irish family and friends. Definitely a stop on our next visit.

06/10/2024: A local recommend this pub to us as we were travelling and just passing through the town.
It was the best food we ate out in the 2 weeks we were travelling in south Ireland.
Food was exceptional. Fresh, fast and hot. We had Vol au Vents and wraps. Onion rings were delicious too
16/09/2024: Popped in the anchor and found it to be quite busy, not packed so had a calm atmosphere.
The two members of staff who were working there were friendly and polite and a credit to the owners, nothing was too much trouble.
Ordered falafel wrap and the Irish burger which were outstanding.
Compliments to the chef.
