We held a 50th Birthday Party in the snug bar and it couldn't have gone off better! Debbie the manager was amazing to deal with and looked after everything perfectly. We had out own private space for 30 people off to the right of the main bar, with the benefit of live music 7-9 and then a DJ after. The finger food provided by the KazBar was top notch and the vibe in the place was great. Highly recommended for a get together. Thank you Debbie and team 👌💯

Sammy the doorman was an absolute gentleman and sourced Dad a seat in a busy bank holiday weekend, was very kind to an ageing customer. We need more people with this level of emotional intelligence on security.

Grow HQ

19/07/2026: Always delicious food, and particularly good for vegetarians. We look forward to eating here any time we are in the southeast of Ireland. Everything is made on site from scratch and the vegetables and salad vegetables are all very fresh and almost all grown on site. A wonderful garden to table experience.
16/07/2026: Unfortunately, while I agree with the ethos this place, it has very limited vegan/dairy free options which I would have thought they would have been strong in. My partner cannot eat dairy and I I choose not to eat dairy or meat, and this is a struggle in a lot of places we go, but we had expected somewhere with this ethos to cater well to those who prefer vegetable-based dishes. On more than one occasion, I could only eat the soup (bean, sometimes lentil) or salad leaves. The soup, sadly lacks flavour - it is extremely bland which is a shame because it’s rare that I don’t enjoy a soup (it’s like it doesn’t have enough vege stock or has been overly watered down). And there are no dairy free butter options if you’re having bread. The dairy is an issue when you have a partner who is very intolerant to the protein in milk. Interestingly vegan icecream/sorbet was advertised when we were here, which was interesting given that the only other thing a vegan could eat was the soup (on a hot day). Even the salads came with some form of cheese. I just would have expected more vegetable/vegan focused options for a place whose ethos is growing food, and if the only option is a soup, is should be a great tasting soup, not bland. Unfortunately I’d be reluctant to go back on this basis, and even a lot of standard places will do hummus or avocado on toast or sandwiches with a bit of salad. However, the outdoor area and cafe is nice for those that do not have any dietary limitations.
