27/04/2025: Prima restaurant niet al te groot, wel druk. Wij hadden niet gereserveerd, maar konden direct een tafeltje krijgen. Naast het reguliere menu, zijn er ook een paar specials. Wel opletten, want deze worden in rap tempo toegelicht. Het eten is niet goedkoop, maar verrukkelijk. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Aanrader.

03/05/2025: Short version: Drinks: 4.5/5, Guiness was cold double pour and really good. Serving: 0.5/5, not sure it was food. Long version: Drinks: no notes, very good. Serving: the cold "shoestring potatoes" as they were called on the menu and not fries or chips, are probably called this to avoid any regulatory nomenclature or legislative definition. I do believe that in a previous life they actually were potatoes before what ever unholy event happened to them occurred. The chicken skewers were probably not cooked at the same time or even on the same week, I've microwaved chinese food the day after that came out better than this. The most burnt skewer was the only one close to edible. The salad was a few raw leaves and 3 pickles or possibly cucumber slices picked up from the floor after a day or two, very hard to tell the difference. At least the ketchup was well matured in the half filled paper cups sitting on the warm kitchen counter since possibly last night or week. Idk who hurt these people or possibly who I offended by ordering 1 pint and asking for a menu, but this can probably not legally be called food which is why I, much like the shoestring potatoes, for potential legal concerns choose to call it a serving and not food. In 2023 the food was lovely here, what happened?

29/04/2025: We stopped by for a quick drink. The atmosphere was great, we were warmly welcomed and got a delicious Irish beer recommendation. We also had a lovely conversation with the waiter. Everything was excellent.

21/03/2025: Just received my house valuation for AIB from John. Couldn't be happier with the professional service. Ciara was fantastic to deal with also, making an appointment was easy and quick.

26/05/2025: I had booked O'Neills for myself and my husband for 7 o clock. When we arrived we were told there would be a 20 minute wait due to 2 parties taking place. We only got our food at 7.55. I would not be inclined to book again as they were not apologetic.

08/04/2025: We ordered hot drinks and desserts here. The desserts did not look or taste fresh. My child had hot chocolate and then had stomach problems. Despite the large number of positive reviews, I'm not sure I'll come here again.

21/05/2025: This restaurant was recommended by our hotel. Our dinner was just above average for food quality and service was below average with our server walking past our table numerous times, not taking the order properly and ignoring us at the end.

14/05/2025: Wow, wow, wow! Went 13/5/25 & thoroughly enjoyed the great food, service, ambience & the place as a whole. So much so returned 14/5/25 to music entertainment by Gally. Drinks & food again but special mention to fact I am disabled with moby scooter. This presented no problems whatsoever even tho I was conscious of taking room up with it. The staff were beyond great. The Reg is a must for the most non believers in true Irish food, drink & entertainment. Gally the singer has a beautiful voice & personality. WHEN my wife & I come back from England, this will be the first place to visit! A millions thanks The Reg, you’ve made our visit that much more special. Jan & John Steer

11/05/2025: We had dinner after seeing the reviews. Overall a good experience pleasant staff, good service and nice food. Despite the place being busy with first holy communion party’s they managed quite well. One small thing to point out was how the Hereford steak was served presentation was poor everything seemed to be just piled on the plate. But the meat was cooked perfectly as ordered so only a small observation.

06/05/2025: We had a fabulous experience at this restaurant a few days ago. (May 2025) My husband and I were looking for a dog-friendly place to have lunch and I had read some positive reviews ahead of time. We had no reservation but had no problem getting a table and we received the warmest of welcomes with our golden retriever. I assumed that we would be sitting outside but we were shown to a gorgeous covered outdoor area through the restaurant. It was really comfortable and warm with a great atmosphere. The staff were exceptional and very attentive and provided us with a water bowl for the dog straight away. We ordered some tapas items from the menu- calamari, chicken wings, pork belly taco and patatas bravas which were all delicious. I felt it was reasonably priced for the quality of the food and I would definitely recommend 360 cookhouse without hesitation. The thing we were most impressed by was how dog friendly it was as often you will see on a restaurant website that it is when really you have to sit outside with little shelter so this place was a real gem in that sense. Will be back again.

08/03/2025: You really know how to combine flavors! Not just the obvious ones. Today's brussel sprout salad was fantastic! Crunchy tangy sweet and perfectly dressed with a mustard dressing. And reasonably priced too

21/02/2025: Wow, beetroot salad was amazing. Added chicken was also incredible. Very solid, a lot of flavors, feeling but light. Would definitely come back again if I have a chance.

07/05/2025: This historic hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of all the pubs and shopping in Waterford. It is family operated and the service is impeccable! After checking out, I realized I left my Waterford crystal glasses in my room ($$). Fiona, from the front desk personally walked them to the Waterford show room and I was able to ship them home. Amazing service and honesty from this historic hotel. While the rooms are quaint, the hotel bar, food service, and beautifully decorated lobby made me greatly appreciate this fine hotel.

10/04/2025: There were 5 of us that stayed here at the Granville Hotel. All I can say is that it was just lovely! if I am ever able to visit Ireland again, I will definitely stay here again. The hotel, the rooms, the staff the food and all of the historical sites were fabulous!! Thank you all at the Granville Hotel!

05/05/2025: Came upon this hotel during the May bank holiday.We just wanted to go somewhere nice for lunch while in Waterford.The hotel looks beautiful,stunning setting and amazing sea views.We were seated inside as it was a bit cooler outside being near the sea and it was breezy. The food was pricey,my husband ordered a glass off sauvignaun blanc wine and it cost €15 rather expensivefor a glass of wine!.We ordered our food,it was lovely but my husband ordered the fish pie and fish & chips came out.When my husband said he didn't order this,the waitress did apologise but said there would be a 20 minute wait if he wanted what he had ordered as the order dockets must have gotten mixed up and we already were waiting 20 mins for the food to arrive anyway which was fine but to wait another 20 mins and for what you ordered was a bit to much so he accepted the fish and chips.For the duration of our stay not one member of staff approached to ask was everything OK did we need anything else,nothing.When we finished our plates were still just left infront of us while we waited and hoped to order dessert.It was busy but not so much they didn't have staff,there appeared to be a sufficient number of staff but we observed people sitting down to tables uncleaned from the previous guests for quiet some time before staff approached to clean them,especially the outdoor sittings,it appeared staff couldn't tell if the plates very from current guests or the previous guests.After waiting about 15 mins after our meal waiting for someone to come to our table we got up to pay as it was clear although staff were walking by and could clearly see the empty plates on our table nobody came to take them or ask did we want dessert or tea or coffee,nothing.In a 5 star hotel these are basics that a customer expects,but unfortunately was not available in this hotel.Even the guy who sat us at our seat and whom we paid made no comment as to was everything OK,nothing just payment,and thank you.It was very much a get them in,get them out and that's the 5 star service we received!l gave the 3 stars for the beautiful views and visually the view in the lobby of the sea was stunning.
