25/10/2024: What can I say? From the second we walked through the door we were greeted by the lovely Mae who had a little glint in her eye at the amount we ordered.. The menu was too good that we couldn't choose. Between the two of us we ordered the Scampi AndChips, the Ling AndChips and the Fish Tacos. We were pleasantly surprised to see some nice stools and a counter to eat in and even happier to see they did glasses of wine with your meal!! Honestly, from start to finish you couldn't have wished for a better meal. There were only a few chips remaining when we had finished. The quality of the fish is unparalleled, extremely fresh and flaky and cooked to perfection. The scampi was the standout to me while my partner loved the ling. Mae made us feel so at home and we had great chats with her and the chef! This is an absolute MUST if you visit Dungarvan. Don't miss it! The price point was fantastic as well. Literally could not fault it. Thank you so much Mae and the team. We will 100% be back.

06/10/2024: Absolutely delicious food! I had heard amazing things about this place and it did not disappoint. Fish was incredible, flaky and tasty. Chips were delicious. Not a massive portion but so much fish it was the perfect amount. Nicest fish and chips I ever had and will be back soon. Ps they are really friendly and helpful! Thanks for the lovely chat

24/10/2024: Lovely modern clean pub, was here Today had a full Irish breakfast very impressed serious value for money huge portions always a massive bonus, staff so friendly and welcoming, ii t was first time ever in here to my shame as I live in Waterford city, but am penciled in for lunch next week and I will go here regularly now I discovered a top spot.

26/03/2024: Lovely cafe !! The sandwiches are to die for and many options for drinks ( coffee is great) . It would be nice if they kept the salads also but overall many lunch options.

15/03/2024: Very lovely place! All the ladies are super nice and welcoming, the food is delicious, they have lots of option for vegetarians, also I was delighted to find the small portion option as I can't eat a big full irish. Definitely coming back!♥️

27/10/2024: Just stayed here this weekend and was blown away. The value for money was outstanding, lovely staff, great service and lovely atmosphere. We got a deal and didn't expect the quality of the meal and breakfast to be such high quality. Will definitely be back again :)

01/10/2024: We had a lovely breakfast here this morning. We love the Haven Hotel but I think it's my first time having breakfast there funnily enough. The waitress was very nice and the food was great.

03/11/2024: Myself and my partner dined here and the food was absolutely amazing!! I got the chuck oink and it was the best food I’ve ever eaten! My partner got the taco smash burger and he didn’t leave a crumb on the plate! The chips were PHENOMENAL 🤤🤤 The girls were lovely and very attentive to our needs! We will most definitely be back :)

31/10/2024: I came here because our usual place was closed and I have to say its gone terible under the new ownership, the staff try their best but the they never have the full menu, I got a plastic cup and the sausages were ,no joke, gone off. Such a shame that this place is so bad now.

05/10/2024: Great pub and restaurant, only gripe is like all of Tramore, you cannot book a table for after 8pm, this is very short sighted!

22/09/2024: Really nice pub with a friendly atmosphere. We came here for the match plenty of TV screens and really good sound. Pool table also. All staff were incredibly nice and drinks are reasonably priced. The real star of the show was the meal we had - we opted for the braised beef, wings, prawn linguini and homemade curry there was not one bit of food left it was absolutely gorgeous. We stayed here between the match and having dinner for about 6 hours and had a great time

26/10/2024: I really hate when you go in to try out a new place and when you walk in the door no one acknowledges your presence. There was a gentleman in front of me who just finished ordering coffee when I approached the counter. The female barista looked at me and instantly turned her back and began making the beverages. I stood there for about 3 minutes, and I would have been fine if at least someone nodded and said, I'll be with you in 2 seconds." Anything at all. It really made me feel like I wasn't welcomed there. Very poor customer service; it's not like the place was extremely busy and they had a lot to do. I used to work in various cafes, and treating customers like they're invisible was not acceptable. I really don't know how they are still in business although I hope my experience was an isolated incident. The only reason why I gave 2 stars is the fact that their treats look very appetising, probably the only reason why I stood there for the 3 minutes unfortunately couldnt order them as there was no one available to serve me. Really disappointed

20/10/2024: Often come here for coffee and cake and even ice cream ! Love love love the coffee you guys use! The cakes are so filling and so tasty! Love sitting in and enjoyable to sit out in too! Much nicer coffee than next doors place!
