29/02/2024: Every time I visit my friend in Tramore I have to stop at Seagull for a coffee and a treat. The coffee is amazing and the desserts are outstanding! Love the pastry cups especially with their flaky crust and fillings.

She is amazing poet she gave me her published book. I was very surprised that I could get prosecco on tap. ❤️

29/03/2024: Unexpected discovery in Dungarvan, this bakery is world class. The pastries are a piece of mastery. Nothing to envy to the more famous Tartine Bakery to which this one seems inspired to. Alone this is worth a visit to the very nice Dungarvan village.

16/03/2024: We are a couple in a Motorhome. First off is that the Saratoga Bar were happy for us to park in the car park as we were having a meal & a few drinks! There are more & more bars around Ireland that are doing this which is great! Anyway, they have just started up with their new menu & we weren't disappointed. I think it's the first time both of us have said WOW to a meal in a bar in a very long time! Absolutely 10/10 & very reasonable. Really lovely staff as well. I had the boneless half chicken with polenta chips & my partner had the special which was pan fried hake. Definitely somewhere we'll come back to. Oh & the tiramisu "cappuccino"... DIVINE!!

30/03/2024: I've spent a total of 8 nights in the Waterford Marina over the last few weeks for work. This hotel is excellent. Feels more like a 4 star than a 3 star. I got a great deal on a Junior Suite when I stayed for 5 nights in a row. I had incredible views, 2 TVs, a Nespresso machine and a huge bed. The tropical shower is fabulous. Everything is fresh and sparkling in the rooms and bathrooms. Breakfast was lovely too and there was no issue when I needed to have my breakfast early on a weekend morning. The bar is great to have some food in the evening and very comfortable to sit in even on your own. All of the staff were very pleasant and happy to help to make my stay an enjoyable one. Very happy to recommend this hotel.

22/03/2024: Grow HQ is always a safe bet. I love full Irish, or the omelette, they also do the best cup of tea. I also love the sourdough toast, and real butter. Everything so fresh, healthy, and tasty.Staff are very attentive, always nice vibe in cafe, and it's never cold.

14/03/2024: Absolutely the best in town. The place has a very good atmosphere, all the staff will serve you very well. We can see the kitchen and it's very clean. The meals are organic and clearly well prepared. The price is very generous. A fantastic place to start the day. Thanks guys!!

03/04/2024: Went for spa and it was not the 5 star experience I expected. There is a lack of attention to the client in the spa that is disappointing. Will go back for lunch but not the spa.

01/04/2024: We stayed in this fabulous hotel at the weekend. It is a real gem. The room was exquisite, with great attention to detail. The management and staff were so helpful and lovely. Our dinner was so so nice and our breakfast was delicious. It's location is perfect and stunning views. Will definitely be staying again.
