06/06/2025: Fantastic little coffee shop in the heart of Waterford city. They really take their coffee seriously here and it's noticeable in the quality of the coffee. I've only ever had the americano and it's always been 10/10. Never too hot or too bitter as a result of being too hot. There's always.a nice steady stream of clientele so it's clearly got a good reputation for producing quality coffee. Great vive around the place too.

30/06/2025: 🌟🌟🌟🌟☆ Great spot in the heart of the Viking Triangle — stylish, historic, and lively I really enjoyed my time at The Reg in Waterford. The venue is full of character, divided into smaller parlour-style areas that make it perfect for private events or cosy drinks with friends. It's got that nice blend of modern energy and historic charm, right beside Reginald’s Tower. The cocktails were refreshing and well-made, and the food was tasty and well-presented. The whole place has a great vibe, and the live music added a lovely touch — it really brought the place to life without being overwhelming. The staff were courteous and professional. I wouldn’t say they were overly warm — at times, it felt like they were wondering “gosh, are you still here?” — but nothing that ruined the experience.

20/06/2025: Got ice cream here today the mixed one with vanilla and strawberry, was great. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Food itself was great especially on a day like today

13/07/2025: Not good was disappointed it is called Italian but any one who has been to proper Italian restaurant will not go here Pizza was disgusting honestly you will get better in aldi I had past i can not imagine it was made on site. Staff reminded me of booking a Ryan air flight all ways looking for way to get more money from you when I asked for the bill the manager came with the card machine and had the nerve to ask for tip and I will normally be a pretty good tipper but not hear no way.

Service and staff are 10/10, we made a mistake with our order, Ahmed our waiter helped us instantly correct it, we were very grateful to him and he was absolutely lovely the whole evening! Thank you to all and I really recommend the pizza options, they were really really amazing 🍕🫶

27/06/2025: Best chips I’ve had in all of Ireland. Best meal we had in our 2 weeks here. Monkfish tempura goujons were superb as were the gambas. Cannot rave enough about their food with great atmosphere and excellent location.

10/07/2025: I love this place, the staff is lovely and helpful, the food is delicious (I recommend the salmon and avocado on sourdough toast) and the place is so good decorated. My partner and I try to go as often as we can.

07/07/2025: Dined twice in the Pergola this weekend. Surroundings were lovely, service was really friendly and the food was great. As a bonus, they were very nice to our dog! Would recommend.

05/07/2025: Went there with a friend about a month ago. We started the evening with gorgeous cocktails then had the Vegan sharing board. I'm still drooling over the bang bang cauliflower. We asked about Vegan wine and they checked and brought us a choice of vegan labelled wine. The wine we chose was one of their most expensive but it was Delicious! I am taking one star away because they sadly don't have a vegan dessert. I mentioned this on a previous visit so am disappointed. Their kitchen staff are obviously talented enough to produce something Vegan friendly. We sat in the beautiful pergola section which is dog friendly. The staff were lovely, attentive and friendly. We went mid week when it wasn't very busy and staff were happy to let us sit and relax and no suggestion of trying to get us to eat and go as you do in some other establishments .

22/05/2025: Super surprise in finding this place for vegetarian and vegan food. We had three full plates normally costing € 10.50 were priced down to €5.50 as it was after 1 pm. Food was very tasty and I am not easily impressed.

25/06/2025: Bought a brownie and Focaccia here last weekend. It was super tasty and well recommended. The portions are generous and it really was homely food.

30/05/2025: When you see a queue like this you know it’s gotta be good and my god I was not wrong. Pastries, sourdough bread and coffee were all fantastic.

13/07/2025: Really nice hotel...old fashioned charm and service...stayed on a DBB package and ate in the Bianconi restaurant each evening...food and service were excellent. Hotel presented us with a voucher as part of our package...giving us free access into the main attractions in Waterford...including a factory tour at the Waterford Crystal factory..

11/07/2025: Fiona, Fionn, Jasmine, Ava, and the entire team at The Granville are a staunch reminder that the hospitality soul in Ireland is above the rest. The hotel itself is LOVELY, perfectly situated for walking to shops, popping out for dinner (or staying in) and has beautiful views from the room. 35 minutes from the Mahon Falls, directly on the Greenway (amazing bike/walking trail +94 miles total), and 25 minutes from the beach, what’s not to love! What sets the Granville apart from any other hotel in the USA is their attention to detail, kindness, and openheartedness. Everyone we met, from the F&B team, to the housekeeping team in the halls, to the lovely crew at the front desk, we were delighted to be greeted like on of their family. They are a green hotel, so all throughout the room are tips and tricks on how to be a more eco-conscious traveler, as well as info on what TGH is doing to reduce their carbon footprint. If you like big box hotels, this isn’t the place for you. I WILL be booking again, and would encourage everyone to do the same - you will not be disappointed.

26/05/2025: I had booked O'Neills for myself and my husband for 7 o clock. When we arrived we were told there would be a 20 minute wait due to 2 parties taking place. We only got our food at 7.55. I would not be inclined to book again as they were not apologetic.
