12/04/2025: I always like popping out here for a sausage blaa, there lots of healthy options aswell as sweet treats. Loads of space for parking even for trucks. Best of all there's an old bus to sit down in and enjoy your meal out of the weather, it's tastefully decorated with a feeling of calmness. Atmosphere is happy and cheerful.

22/03/2025: I tried Kyoto for lunch with a friend who strongly recommended it and I wished I could have a larger meal! Instead we didn't have so much time and I was due to have a large dinner that night, so I opted for something lighter. The sashimi was delicious. One of the best I have ever had. The slices were thick, probably twice white size I am used to. The fish was fatty and well prepared. This is one of the courses that one cannot fake. The ingredients are either good or not. And they were. Looking forward to going back there to try the rest of the menu!

19/04/2025: Typical Irish pub. Foreign clients. There are no tourists. Affordable prices, pint €5-6. Great variety of tap beers. Possibility of eating in an attached exterior closed terrace-type room. Fireplaces in interior rooms, whose fire gives a pleasant atmosphere. There is billiards and large televisions to watch sports. Nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

07/05/2025: hotel rooms are unfortunately like being over a nightclub. A very loud band plays from about 9 and after that is dj music until the middle of the night. The floor was actually vibrating. Not only does it make it difficult to sleep, it's not possible to unwind and relax in your room in the evenings, it's disgraceful they don't let customers know when you book the room. The place is advertised as a peaceful getaway. We let the receptionist know the first night and were assured that the music would end at 11 the following night, which did not happen.

08/05/2025: SABAI restaurant was , symphony of flavors and seasoned in authentic way . You can really taste & feel the love , care , that goes into our food. Apart from food- staff service like 5 star 🌟 hotel. I dont knw how I can rate them . Me and my family 100% 💯happy with the service and help .😍 💯 % recommend 👌 for all waterford food lovers😍

28/04/2025: the atmosphere was great here. I loved how they set the vibe of the cafe. food was okay but nothing spectacular. there needs to be a better system set up with ordering food and then paying. but i had a good time here

25/04/2025: Delicious take away sandwiches, with excellent friendly service and thoughtful healthy additions to my children's lunch order. Our coffee was also lovely. Well worth a visit, and there is a large carpark nearby at the port if you are travelling home.

24/04/2025: Unfortunately, my chicken breast inside my chicken burger was undercooked for my liking. I noticed some blood inside the middle of the chicken and pointed it out to the waitress who then took it back into the kitchen only to return and told me that the chef said its just the veining in the chicken. I was gobsmacked with this comment! I think the waitress noticed the shock on my face!. I did not eat the chicken and I didnt want to cause a scene as the restaurant was busy. However, when I went to the till the owner completely blanked me. I go to the Interlude quite regular so I was very disappointed. I was charged for this meal, no-one asked about the if we enjoyed our meals, etc. Never had this experience before when the waitress is talking for the chef.

02/04/2025: It was very busy but they managed to get us a table. The staff was really nice and the food was great! I had the goats cheese tartlet it was gorgeous and the small portion with a side of fries was pretty filling. The desserts are to die for!

07/05/2025: A place I like. To write, read or have a drink with friends... I stopped there with my daughter for our road trip. Friendly and smiling welcome. I advise. 😉

02/05/2025: We had a great time at Saratoga. We we're welcome with great stories of this place. Live Irish music and entertainment. Awesome drinks and laughter. We're all singing together with the musicians. Their not big bands, but they know how to capture their guests attention. Bit of Irish dancing lessons too.
