Fresh Food Hall in Waterford

Bought a fruit cake with apple in it and it is the nicest tea cake I’ve ever eaten. It is great value at €6, you’ll get about 12- 14 slices out of it, I scoffed 2 slices before I took the photo, lol. Been baking 40 years and this cake is as fine an example of good Irish baking as you’ll get. Also had a cheese and coleslaw sandwich, very tasty, cheese is freshly cut and coleslaw is made on the premises. They have a selection of ready-meals, made in-house too. Definitely check this place out - good wholesome food at great prices.
