31/08/2026: My friends and myself had the best dinner in a long while here. The service was super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is cozy and what's most important, the food is outstanding!

12/09/2026: My partner and I were part of a party of 6 for dinner. When the waitress came over I asked for a beer while we were waiting for the rest of the group to arrive. I was informed that they don't sell any alcohol in the restaurant. The waitress said I was welcome to go to the nearby Centra off license and bring beer back. I threaded my way through the winos and junkies along the quay and successfully returned with 6 bottles of Heineken. The staff were good enough to provide a bottle opener which saved me biting the top of the bottle with my teeth, phew! The food wasn't bad however one member of our group ordered chicken and got pork instead. I went to the loo only to find that after locking the bathroom door it would not unlock. I was trapped. I sent a text to my wife who came to the rescue. After sliding the key under the door she was able to unlock the door from her side. Free at last! As I returned to my table, I reported the issue to the first member of staff that I met. He heard what I said but ignored me and walked by me without responding. At no point did any member of staff ask us how was the food or did we need anything. Be warned also, the restaurant is cash only and does not accept electronic payment. I would definitely not return or recommend to anyone else.

05/09/2026: Have eaten here a few times; the food is normally okay, although I would not call it authentic Indian. The manager (male) is very rude and has a really gruff manner. I thought it was just with me, but my wife had a similar experience. And we won't be going back.
