11/07/2024: Fabulous place to meet friends to eat & drink. We've been coming here regularly since it opened (about 4 years ago) and never had a bad meal or experience. Congrats to Faraz and all the team, we are so lucky to have this restaurant in our neighbourhood.

08/07/2024: The staff and especially the owner Chef Satheesh, were all very welcoming and personable. The ambience is lovely, be it a cozy dinner for 2 or a larger group. While I was initially skeptical of the necessity for a advance reservation and the late fee, my experience at Ruchii was well worth it. We got the mango lassi, a lovely (and kind of gourmet version) of tokri chaat which were both really good. For mains we tried the chicken biryani and Nizami gosht. Flavours were authentic and rich and portion size were perfect. Would highly recommend a visit!

29/06/2024: We visited on a Friday evening for dinner for a small treat. Ved was very good at recommending the right food for your palette and flexible with any changes. We went for thaali in which Saag Lamb was an unexpected showstopper and Papei Chaat. They had Coffee Pancotta with Baileys icecream for dessert with right amount of sweetness and best way to end your meal.
Will surely come again.

30/06/2024: The Wife & I were attending a music concert at Malahide Castle on the Wednesday evening and we'd reserved a late lunch at Kajjal for 3.30pm. While the restaurant was busy, we were shown to a very comfortable booth. The complementary poppadoms were freshly cooked. No visit to a genuine Pakistani restaurant is complete without tandoori lamb chops... and Kajjal's were truly excellent. The other standout dish was the Machali Achari - a pickley, yet well-balanced, Hake-based main... delicious. I wish we lived closer to Malahide.

09/07/2024: Had a great takeaway meal tonight. My wife had chicken tikka massala and I had chicken dansak both with boiled rice. We also shared a garlic naan. The food was ready on time and was hot and well cooked. The descriptions of the food when ordering was accurate and helped us to decide what to order.

07/07/2024: Myself and my husband and my daughter went for dinner.I ordered a lamb bhuna.My husband rogan josh and our daughter the korma.very disappointed with all three.no flavour,just spice.Popadoms were served in a dirty basket wifh only only one dip.will not go back
06/07/2024: It was my first time trying Indian food and I think I found a good place to try it out in. Our waiter Saki was very helping and suggested a dish for both me and my fiance and we wasnt disappointed. Their chicken korma was to die for. So many flavours!!

30/06/2024: We had the early bird special which was before 7:00. The selection was great as my husband is dairy and gluten free. We really enjoyed the food and the food and wine for value was just what we were looking for.
Our server, Sakshi, was delightful. I couldn't recommend this place more!

24/06/2024: I dined in Rasam and it completely surpassed my expectations. The food was superb. The sharing platter starter was a great way to taste a few things. The butter chicken and the garlic naan were delicious.
The staff were so lovely and perfectly attentive. Would highly recommend.
