25/04/2026: We’re regulars at Bollywood for takeaway and dine In for years. Have eaten at several other award winning Indians in Ireland and I consider Bollywood to be A LOT better than most. And great value too. And lovely staff!!

22/06/2026: The worst experience one could ask for. The staff is too rude and doesn’t accept feedback. Ate-in and also ordered a take-away after confirming how the dish is prepared. When i opened the box of my take-away food, I was surprised to see that the food didn’t look like how the staff told me it is prepared. When asked, he said they prepare food differently for take-aways than how they do it for dine in. Ordered a drink for take-away, astonishingly, the drink was not given in a disposable glass but in a tin foil box. When asked, the guy said there’s a straw to drink from it. Seriously?! Tulsi restaurant, is this how you treat your guests? And when confronted, you tell people not to argue when all I did was share my displeasure about the food. You guys really need to up your game if you want to survive as an Indian restaurant run by people who know nothing about Indian culture, food and hospitality. We treat our guests like Gods while your staff makes sure they never come back.
