10/06/2026: Went here for first time on Friday, came back the following week with my dad as it was sooo good. The lamb is just amazing and the service is 10/10. They are so kind and friendly. Defo will be back!
08/06/2026: Amazing food and excellent service! Have eaten here many times both for sit-in and takeaway and have never been disappointed.
Service is top-notch, very attentive and they even gave us a delicious dessert for our anniversary which was a a nice surprise!

01/06/2026: Consistent with most other reviews: great food and friendly service in a nicely decorated venue. For us, the special element was the taste and presentation -- it's very good authentic Indian food but with a noticible and nuanced difference from other top Indian restaurants we have been to. We will definitely go again.

01/05/2026: The food here is exceptional. I love spicy food and my husband although he enjoys spicy food always gets heartburn from it. There is a good deal of not so spicy food on the menu in Daata however even when he eats food that is spicy in this restaurant he doesn't suffer from heartburn afterwards. I have no idea why this is just it means he can enjoy all the flavours without the pain.
The staff are truly lovely. They are well trained and very good at their jobs. I love the atmosphere its friendly and happy. I would highly recommend a visit.

03/05/2026: A very cozy place that we stumbled upon. Slightly hidden away but the staff is great with exceptional service. Though they had closed off the dine in area, they made us an exception and made a cozy spot for us to sit and eat our food. The food was very good and well worth it. It was also way under the budget so loved that too. Overall, just had a great experience

Warm and lovely atmosphere and lovely ambient lighting
I was served by Krishan Kumar who was attentive and made sure I was provided with great quality and care
I ordered the kids chicken Korma with naan bread rice and chips
The food was fantastic and I couldn’t fault any of it , just great
This is now my main Indian restaurant to go to and great price as everything came up to €17 with filling serving sizes.
Great once again !
25/04/2026: It’s the first time we tried this restaurant. We ordered a Vegetable Biryani which wasn’t really good. They’ve added lot of food color to make it attractive. The taste was just average for the price.
I wouldn’t recommend for Biryani.
Hope they improve the taste and quality.

16/04/2026: The food is ok but it takes over an hour to arrive and is lukewarm at best when it does. We’ve ordered twice now, figuring we’d give them a second chance because they were marked as new on the app but apparently it’s just a rebrand. We won’t be ordering a third time. It just isn’t worth the wait or the cost.
12/03/2026: The food is absolutely delicious under new ownership at India Dining in Wicklow Town🤤! Abbas the head chef is an excellent cook.
We've tried their butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, chicken lababdar, Garlic chilli chicken, Chicken Madras and the Lamb breyani. Everything was a 10/10 for us!

27/04/2026: The worst Indian dinner I've ever had. Ingredients missing from dishes. Meat was sparse, naan was like rubber, mushroom dish was mostly onions. Chips were grand.
05/04/2026: To be honest, we went in to try the place. Being Indian, we always like to try Indian places around to see for interesting places to take friends and family.
Sadly however, this wasn't one of them. The food was subpar. The chicken Tikka masala, was too sweet. The chicken chilly masala had a raw chilli powder taste, meant to make it 'spicy'.
Both had the same sauce, however one had cream and sugar, the other spoonfuls of chilli powder and no spice blending.
The garlic Naan was cooked unevenly and dry. Even if its not made in a tandoor, there are many ways to make them fluffy.
The staff were friendly but sadly the product takes it away from them.
Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who likes or wants to try indian food.
