02/08/2026: Our experience at Pink salt was absolutely amazing.. We ordered Black dal, paneer , bhindi and naan, everything was absolutely delicious.. We did ask to customise few things by reducing the chilli level and they did their best to make us happy.. One of the places in Dublin where you can get authentic Indian taste.. Kudos to our excellent server Byju and Amal.. We are definitely coming back to taste more food.

03/08/2026: Had a fantastic experience at Chakra in Greystones. The chaat, biryani, thali everything we tried was absolutely delicious, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The service was excellent, and the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The ambience was also lovely, making it the perfect place for a relaxed and enjoyable meal. Highly recommended—we’ll definitely be back!

24/07/2026: My family and me went to Sherpa for the diner. We weren’t expecting anything but we were really surprised, the food was really nice and the portion were big. We were served by a Ukrainian lady, who was so nice and professional. We really appreciated our food there, I recommend this place.

02/08/2026: Loved this spot. Reasonably priced. Super authentic food. Throughly enjoyed it all except we did order the monkfish balti and found the flavour unusual, all other dishes (butter chicken, palak paneer and dal) were delicious. We will definitely return.

29/07/2026: Ive eaten here twice and had take aways on several occasions. Theres no fault with the food. Fresh and very tasty. Proper Indian cuisine. Lovely people too.

19/07/2026: This is easily our favourite takeaway in the area! The food is always great and the staff are so friendly. We especially like the onion bhaji, butter chicken and methi gosht (lamb). 10/10 always

14/06/2026: The food here is absolutly amazing. I have being ordering for years and any dish I have ordered here has been delicious. I have ordered from other Indian take aways and I must say this one beats them all. The staff and the delivery service is first class. I would recomned the Tikka Masala or the Butter Chicken.

25/07/2026: We visited Ananda on a Saturday with a reservation but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing especially for a Michelin starred restaurant. The seating was uncomfortable and the service was just okay. We ordered paneer tikka, aloo tikki and vegetarian Shakahari thali. The aloo tikki was good but the paneer was very rubbery and disappointing. The thali didn’t feel like a traditional thali and we didn’t find it good value for money. Overall, the food and taste did not meet our expectations or Michelin-star quality. We also felt pressured to leave a TIP which was uncomfortable. Overall… not a great experience and we wouldn’t recommend it or plan to return.

06/07/2026: I took my wife out for a meal last night as it was our wedding anniversary the service was ok one man was very grumpy like he didn’t want to be there the other was very nice and seemed to know a lot of the customers but we sat down and order our food starter main and a dessert the starter and the main were lovely but the dessert was nice until I found a cable tie in the middle of the ice cream a very small skinny cable tie that could of choked a child I called the server down and showed him he grabbed it out of my hand and ran off so we went up to pay and no sign of anyone at the till the server came back down with another ice cream and insisted we eat it so we kind of did but when I went up to pay I was charged for everything including the ice cream no apology no nothing

22/05/2026: Nice and cosy atmosphere with modern decor dim lighting delicious food especially chicken biryani, Lamb shank and chicken karhai. Hospitality was great too.

18/07/2026: I just had breakfast buffet here and I don't recommend this place at all. The waitress tried to shoo us away multiple times while we had barely started eating. It was very disrespectful and we fled from there without having anything. Never ever will we recommend this place to anyone. I wish all her problems in life are solved soon and she starts smiling. Don't fall for their misleading Punjabi or Gujarati buffet, it just has one pre ordered item. They need to work really hard on their honesty and customer service.

26/07/2026: We ordered directly from this restaurant tonight and were really disappointed with the quality of the food. We eat Indian food regularly, from local takeaways to higher-end restaurants, so we have a good idea of what to expect. The naan resembled a wholemeal wrap more than a traditional naan, both in appearance and taste. The pilau rice lacked the flavour and aroma you’d normally expect, and while the Rogan Josh tasted nice, it contained only six pieces of chicken and felt quite small for a main course. I called the restaurant to raise my concerns about the naan and was told to mention it next time and I’d receive a free one. While I appreciated the offer, I was disappointed that my concerns about the quality of the meal weren’t really addressed. Overall, this experience fell well below the standard we were expecting. The only positive was the prompt delivery.

21/07/2026: Place was nice and quiet. Service was quick. Sadly gobhi manchurian was not crispy. Alloo Tikki was nice. Paneer and naan was great in taste.

18/08/2026: Mediocre food - lamb jalfrezi was not spicy / hot for me . Good nan bread . Same as the rest of Indian restaurants in Ireland , cook better at home

16/08/2026: Recently went to The Everest Nepalese Restaurant in Ballina and had a good experience. We tried the Butter Chicken, Everest Special, butter naan, kids meals and a few other items from the menu that I can’t recall the names. The food was tasty, portions were good, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. If you're Asian or looking for food that suits an Asian taste palate, this is a nice place to try in Ballina.
