09/01/2026: Exceptional Dining Experience A truly outstanding visit. The chef’s expertise is evident in every detail. The scallops and jumbo prawn starter with apricot salsa was sublime. The seafood platter was superb, and the house-made cheese & chili naan was a highlight. What made the evening extra special was the incredibly thoughtful gesture for my friend’s birthday—having her name translated onto the dessert plate. A class act. The entire team, from the manager to the staff, was gracious, professional, and genuinely attentive. This level of care and quality is remarkable. We will most certainly be returning again and again. Thank you for a perfect evening.

18/01/2026: My husband and I were there yesterday. I ordered the king prawn korma. Horrible. Raw prawns in a sweet sauce. The sauce was kind of bland, like eating raw prawns with pumpkin porridge. Anyway, I had a beer and a flatbread. That was the whole dinner. ((( My husband, who loves Indian cuisine, also wasn't satisfied. But at least his chicken was edible. We won't be coming back!

21/12/2025: There is a large choice on the menu; but it didn't quite hit the standard we were expecting from the reviews. It is the only Indian restaurant we've been to where we had no poppadoms or dips (something we usually look forward to as part of the experience). Instead the starter was rushed out. It had the mint dip and onion with it but both lacked flavour or spice. The mains were ok; but tiny amount of rice for 2 people. Naan bread was nice and fresh. We felt the price was high for what it was and the location (not in the city).

08/02/2026: It's rare to find such a gem as this place. Everything was fantastic. The staff were so nice, friendly and welcoming. The food was beautiful and the atmosphere was great. Went for the early bird which was really good value. Will definitely be back.

03/02/2026: This place used to be good and I ofted ordered from them but went downhill for the last couple of years. I don't know if they changed management or what. The last time I ordered all the curries tasted the same and charged me 5 euro for half a cup (a small one) of mango lassi. They never apologised or did anything about it which shows they care very little about loyal customers.

05/02/2026: Very disappointing experience. Quantity is very very small for the price. Taste is below average and definitely over-hyped. Tikka masala was loaded with artificial food colour — worst tikka I’ve tried so far. Only good thing is the ambience. Gave feedback to the owner and got a rude reply. Won’t be visiting again.

10/01/2026: Had a lovely dinner date here with my partner tonight. It was our first time and it’s safe to say it won’t be our last. We had a reservation for 8pm but arrived early and were able to be seated immediately. We ordered Chicken 65 for a starter, and jackfruit butter masala and chicken biryani for entrees. My partner and I also shared a homemade mango lassi (yummy!) and each had two Indian beers (Cobra). I highly recommend all of these dishes! My favorite was the jackfruit butter masala; the sauce was divine and jackfruit had great texture and flavour. All our servers were attentive and friendly, especially the gentleman host. An ideal atmosphere for a date night, as it was quiet enough for conversation. We left happy and with full bellies.

30/01/2026: THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE TOURIST TRAP. Very expensive for the quality, had much better in Paris with 2 pints of beer each for the same money so extremely disappointed from starter to finish. For the starters my girlfriend had the sheek kebab which wasn't a sheek kebab, not sure what it was but had a taste and seemed mass produced as if it wasn't real meat. I had the boti lamb which was nice, a little chewy but lamb can be that way. However hardly any salad was provided and no asking if we want a poppadom, come on!! My girlfriend had the tandoori chicken for main and it was lucky we were the only ones in there, the owner was choking as he walked away the sizzling was too much. We both sat there trying not to cough for a couple of minutes before trying to eat it was that bad. I had a vindaloo which was spicy to perfect level but didn't have any potatoes! The other very wrong and annoying thing with this place was no prices for the beer, the only one offered was a 330ml and with the whole cost of the 5 dishes we had (had a main saag paneer to share) must have been a fortune. THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE TOURIST TRAP DONT EVER STEP FOOT IN IT.

24/01/2026: I Love this Restaurant. 2020 it was one of a few that was Open due to Lockdown, may i haven't entered or. Anyway the circumstance of hunger did me so and it was auch a lovely experience. 2 years later in March again i showed my then Boyfriend and today Finance this romantic place. I am looking Forward tobmy honeymoon ibam going to come Back again. The food is really delicious and awesome💚 Thanks

22/11/2025: Me and boyfriend have being trying indian restaurants around naas and newbridge and this is by far the best. Anyone we recommend it to thinks the same. You will not be disappointed if you try it and if you do you will be back the food is amazing. The staff are very welcoming and friendly specially Adnan.

22/12/2025: Absolutely fantastic meal at Spice India Longford! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ From start to finish, everything was spot on. The food was beautifully cooked. Butter chicken was rich and creamy, the chicken tikka was perfectly spiced, and the prawn starter was deliciously fresh. Portions were generous and great value for money. The service was excellent: friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being rushed. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, making it a perfect place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Every dish we tried was a hit, and the whole experience exceeded expectations. Easily one of the best Indian meals we’ve had locally. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back!
