16/02/2026: Tried Spice Village in Terenure recently and was really impressed. The food tasted fresh and full of flavour without being overly greasy. I ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan, and both were excellent — creamy, well-spiced, and very satisfying. The portion sizes were generous, so we even had leftovers for the next day. Service was friendly and the order was ready on time, even though it was a busy evening. The place itself is clean and comfortable, making it a nice option if you want to sit in as well. Definitely one of the better Indian takeaways in the area — I’ll be ordering again.

16/02/2026: Got a takeaway from Spice Village in Terenure on a busy Friday night and was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything went. The food was ready when promised and still piping hot when we got home. I had the lamb rogan josh and it was tender, rich, and full of flavour, while the garlic naan was soft with just the right amount of crisp on the edges. The portions were generous and great value for the price, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. Staff were friendly during collection, which always leaves a good impression. Really solid local Indian takeaway reliable, tasty, and perfect for a weekend treat.

28/03/2026: Konkan has become one of our absolute favourite spots, and it’s a place my boyfriend and I keep coming back to. Every visit feels special, not just because of the incredible food, but because of the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our go-to dish is the buttermilk chicken curry, and it never disappoints. It’s rich, flavourful, and perfectly balanced—honestly one of the best curries we’ve ever had. You can really tell there’s care and attention put into every dish. What truly sets Konkan apart, though, is the service. The owner goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, always checking in and making sure everything is just right. That personal touch makes such a difference and turns a great meal into a genuinely memorable experience. Between the outstanding food and the exceptional service, Konkan is a place we’d wholeheartedly recommend. It’s more than just a restaurant—it’s somewhere you feel looked after every time you visit.

15/03/2026: Food fabulous - as it has been consistently for the past 10 years. I always order the lamb shank which is so tender the meat falls off the bone. Understand that this is more of an upmarket Indian restaurant, with slightly smaller portions at a higher price, and a quieter ambience. We were offered a glass of prosecco for mother's day as we entered, which later appeared on our bill. Management apologised and immediately removed it - but this seemed cynical to me, which is the only reason I've deducted a star.

16/01/2026: This is one of the authentic Indian restaurants in Dublin. Had a chat with Mr. Negi, great guy, we spoke about travels plans and all, great person to talk to. The food was also top notch, the samosas were made as they should be made. Overall, 5/5 for this place.

17/03/2026: We had a great experience at Coriander. First of all, we had no reservation and this place was pretty packed (always a good sign) but they found us a table and treated us really well. Service was fast and friendly and there was no rushing us out afterwards. The food is brilliant. Amazing flavours, colours, smells...beautiful presentation. We had the Papadoms with mango and tomato chutneys, House Special Aloo, Lamb Saag, Goan Prawn Curry, Saffron Pilau Rice and Garlic Naan. All fantastic. Be warned, however, this is proper curry...even the items with no chilli 🌶️ symbol on the menu could knock your socks off if you don't have the constitution for it. Our socks were very much knocked off...but the food was so fantastic it was worth every penny, and I'd go again in a heartbeat.. I just might try the Butter Chicken or the Korma next time!

25/02/2026: This restaurant has gone down hill recently. The restaurant itself is disorganised and unkempt. The food used to be fabulous, but it too is on the decline - the samosas were hard with very little ingredients. We won't be a customer going forward. Avoid!

11/03/2026: I visited this restaurant recently and unfortunately the experience was pretty underwhelming. The food wasn’t terrible, but it definitely felt mediocre for the price. The portions were surprisingly small and the flavours tasted a bit artificial, almost like things weren’t very fresh. I also noticed the overall atmosphere felt a bit tense, especially between management and a waiter, which made the place feel slightly uncomfortable. It’s not the worst place I’ve been to, but for the price and expectations I honestly expected a lot better. With some improvements to the food quality, portion sizes, and overall environment, it could definitely be a better experience.

And there is no other take away that offer portions that will feed me at least twice, for the same price. So generous and truly amazing food. You will not be disappointed and you will be back ✨️

Food was Fantastic best indain we have had in a long time .wish I lived near .Such a lovely ending to our stay in westport. Lovely relaxing old time music. What an enjoyable eveing Thanks to all. Will be returning. So busy for takeaway while we were there.
