Its December 2017 and the service is fab The new Manager Nicole knows what great service is it comes natural. Bar Manager Dennis is sound Darren the barman is very professional. 20/08/2025: We needed four meals to takeaway, two of which had to be vegan and one vegetarian. There was no issue ordering vegan versions. All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The sauces were delicious, the vegetables beautifully al dente, the meat tender and flavoursome, and spicy was just the right amount of spicy. The rice was not sticky, not too dry. The re-usable containers are great and will be used again, and again. The price was very reasonable (ca €50 for 4 mains). The ordering process was uncomplicated, the waiting time was just right, the staff member we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We will definitely visit again the next time we visit Ballina.

13/08/2025: This Nepalese restaurant is one of the best I’ve ever been to. I ordered dish number 32 — I don’t remember exactly what it was, but it was perfectly spicy and very tasty. The place is nice and the staff is friendly. I recommend it!

05/01/2026: If there were 6 stars available , Id select 6. The food in Kajjal is simply unbeatable, the staff are very attentive but also cognisant of letting you have peace as well. Cant recommend Kajjal enough and look forward to next visit.

22/01/2026: A small, tranquil space that only fits a few guests — and it’s fully booked most days for good reason! The staff are warm, and the food is delicious from start to finish. I highly recommend the Dahi ka Puchka, Mango Prawn Curry, and Achari Baingan. I’ll definitely be back soon! P.S. they don't have baby changing Station if you are going with a young child.

25/11/2025: Booked in here for the Saturday night that we were staying in Donegal Town and it was lucky we had booked as the place was packed! Very unassuming spot from the outside but we had a lovely meal and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive the whole evening and made sure we were taken care of. All of the food was delicious but some of the highlights were, the Chicken Tikka Pathia, Lamb Rogan Josh and Peshwari Naans.

02/11/2025: Mixed experience. Flavours decent. The signature peanut curry wasn’t to my liking. The tikka masala was average. Not enough heat in the garlic chicken tikka chilli bhuna. Chicken in all 3 dishes very dry and over cooked. The saag aloo was delicious. Rice cooked to perfection. Naan fine. Staff very polite.
