The best restaurantsof indian in Donegal

20/07/2026: We visited whilst on holiday and can say fairly that we were disappointed. It is the first time that a biriyani was very spicy, the king prawn balti was very spicy and only three prawns. The third dish was a prawn Himalayan dish and instead of prawns cheese was sent out. The chef did come out and offered a free prawn for the next night but to be honest it was all too spicy to even consider it. Then the bill came and it was twice the amount we would have paid in wales. All over very dissatisfied

24/07/2026: My family and me went to Sherpa for the diner. We weren’t expecting anything but we were really surprised, the food was really nice and the portion were big. We were served by a Ukrainian lady, who was so nice and professional. We really appreciated our food there, I recommend this place.

29/07/2026: Service was great, food was ok, the chicken was so dry, I honestly think it was turkey. Sauces we're OK.

03/07/2026: We went to the village (Donegal) without high expectations and only learned about the somewhat hidden restaurant from a local. The food was truly excellent, and the value for money was better than in most other Indian restaurants in Ireland. Highly recommended; we would definitely come back.
