We had ordered take away before and we were not happy. When I contacted the restaurant, I got response very quickly and my issue was sorted out very amicably. Customer service was brilliant. Second time the food was very good and I was very happy. I will NOT hesitate to order food again. Very happy with service.

I ordered for pick up, so my experience with the staff and atmosphere were limited, but the place was beautiful and the service was friendly. The food was phenomenal, fresh, well spiced, and very flavorfull! Would order again in a heartbeat!

"I recently visited Eastern Tandoori here in Loughrea, and I am absolutely delighted with the entire experience. 🍛 I ordered a takeaway consisting of chicken tikka masala, a portion of rice, garlic naan bread, and onion bhajis.When I went inside to collect my food, I was blown away by how beautiful the entire restaurant looks! 🤩 The interior has a fantastic, vibrant atmosphere with modern black walls, lime green accents, and rich pink patterned wallpaper. The bar area is stunningly designed with dark wood counters, a massive selection of immaculate glassware, and elegant crystal wine glasses hanging beautifully overhead. 🥂 Looking past the bar into the main dining room, you can see a gorgeous setup with warm hanging lanterns, a large framed artwork on the back wall, and bright blue curtains that add a lovely pop of color. The entire place is exceptionally clean, stylish, and welcoming. ✨Right from the start, I was impressed by how well everything was packaged. 🛍️ The food arrived securely packed in a sturdy brown paper bag alongside their takeaway menu. Each dish was tightly sealed in its own container so nothing leaked or spilled during transit. I really appreciated that the lids were clearly labeled by hand, making it incredibly easy to tell which dish was which without having to open everything up. ✍️ Everything arrived piping hot, as if it had just come straight out of the kitchen! 🔥The food itself was delicious. 🤤 The chicken tikka masala was rich, creamy, and flavorful, pairing perfectly with the rice and the fresh garlic naan bread. 🫓 The onion bhajis were crispy and full of flavor. To top it all off, the meal came with traditional dipping sauces—a vibrant green mint chutney and a sweet mango chutney—which added a wonderful extra touch to the bhajis and naan.The portion sizes were very generous, and for the amount of high-quality food received, it was extremely reasonably priced. 💰 This has easily become one of my favorite local spots. Outstanding food, stunning restaurant decor, great value, and excellent care taken with packaging. 🏆 I highly recommend Eastern Tandoori and will definitely be ordering again! 💯"

Very good quality food. Have tried most of the Indian restaurants and this is our preferred one. Good portions too and not greasy tasting.
