The best restaurants in Dunmore east

28/05/2026: Visited with my family for food and drinks only, not the hotel stay. The location and views are absolutely beautiful — on a sunny day it genuinely felt more like being somewhere in Spain than Ireland. The atmosphere and seaside setting are definitely the highlight of this place. Unfortunately, the food and service did not match the location. The prices were quite high for the quality received — for example, the fish of the day with chips was €23 and quite disappointing. We also had to ask twice for additional drinks and the order was still ignored, which made the experience frustrating. Overall, a lovely place for the views and atmosphere, but the food and service need improvement.

15/04/2026: 5 stars, it was amazing, margherita pizza was amazing, nice texture rich but not too rich. The Service was at its finest when I got there, The manager came and checked how we were doing about 2 times and servers 2 aswell. Atmosphere was good aswell everyone was quiet and kind weren't many people. So I bet if Gordon ramsay came he would rate it 5 stars

29/04/2026: Called in with friends for lunch, the waitress in the restaurant was friendly and service was quick, food was very good, the only reason I didn't give a better rating was i found the receptionist rude.

05/04/2026: We visited as a group of seven and came specifically for the restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was good, with plenty of options to suit everyone in the group. Dessert was yummy. There’s also lots of outdoor seating, which would be perfect in the summer.
