23/06/2026: The burgers here are absolutely scrumptious, and the chap who makes them is sound as well. Perfect on a nice summer day.

20/06/2026: Just got a triple burger for myself and the partner and it honestly was the best burger I have ever had, the staff there are extremely friendly also, I'll be back for sure!

11/07/2026: Lovely food here. Had the fish and chips and it was plentiful and really tasty. Better half had the featherblade taco and the prawn tapa. Nice but the prawns were probably from Thailand or some far off place. Impossible to get good prawns anymore.

09/07/2026: My wife, 2 teenage kids, our 6yr old Matipoo and I recently had an evening meal here. We can only speak highly of this restaurant. The food and top class and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It’s great to see a restaurant that is dog friendly. Best time we’re in Dungarvan we’ll be sure to pay another visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

23/05/2026: Historical house and location. The house is built on a large 7,000 acre estate that was granted to a Bristol merchant named Aylward by Henry II following the Norman invasion of Ireland in the 1170s. After the Cromwellian Seige in 1649, the estate was confiscated and granted to a Cromwellian soldier, Captain William Bolton. He started construction on what is now the present day Georgian Mansion. In 1819, due to financial pressures, the estate was sold to Nicholas and Margaret Mahon Power. The Powers, who were the first Catholic landlords of the area since the Norman era. In 1935, the Power family sold Faithlegg House to the De La Salle Order of teaching brothers. In 1998, the property was acquired by the FBD Property and Leisure Group. They meticulously restored the historic manor and expanded the grounds into a premier 4-star hotel and golf resort. That's quite some history and quite an unjust and bloody one at times. Some say the place is haunted. The venue is well laid out for functions, particularly weddings and such. It incorporates a large marquee and open spaces ideal for photographs and bigger groups. I attended a drinks reception and didnt unfortunately get a chance to see the rooms so I haven't rated them. Service was good and the atmosphere was friendly.

04/07/2026: This place deserves a Michelin star! We met the trailor twice in Wexford and really really liked the food. So we travelled to Waterford this weekend just to see the real place! It's amazing. Love the place, the design and the food. Highly recommend!

01/07/2026: Unfortunately I was not impressed. The service was good, but the meal was very bland. The sauce in the Pasta Arribiatt seemed like the canned stuff you get in the supermarket. Dining/grabbing a bite to eat in a tent is not what I was planning. Not good.

15/07/2026: Beautiful Irish pub full of history and good craic. Would recommend to anyone passing by the area to stop off for a pint! Bartender was brilliant too! Shoutout to him!

12/07/2026: Absolutely amazing old pub with truly outstanding food. The langoustines and scallops we had were on another level. I haven’t had seafood this good anywhere else in Ireland. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back to try some of their meat dishes in the future.

05/06/2026: Fabulous coffee, best in Ireland and my husband and I had just spent two weeks in Tuscany. Pastries and so fresh and cooked on the premises. Be sure to check out the full menu of sandwiches etc before you place your order. This cafe is more than delicious sweet pastries despite how yummy they are. Lovely friendly service from the Italian lady serving us as well as the French man who corrected our pronunciation for croissants. Xx

25/06/2026: My son and 9 friends went for lunch. He described the food as ok. Service a bit slow. Most annoying aspect for them is that they could not pay individually. Insisted on bill being divided by 2 this is not fair for young people who only want to sort themselves out. Also charged 12eu for Cordial.

21/06/2026: Beautifully presented, perfectly cooked food. Balanced, aesthetic dishes that are full of flavour. It is a little bit tight on space downstairs but the quality of food certainly makes up for it. The raspberry soufflé was stunning

30/06/2026: My 1st visit here today On arrival found staff very pleasant i got seated and served promptly The menu is very good any varied, very tasty and lovely fresh produce and a beautiful clean restaurant I would highly recommend a visit I'll be back again ✋️

25/06/2026: Arrived happy for a lunch break but had to flag a waiter after 15 minutes and then overall 45 minutes for food to arrive at which point we had to leave very disappointed with take away boxes. Flag the wait time please upfront especially on work days .

11/04/2026: Lovely hotel. Everything and everywhere was very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Liked the decor throughout the hotel, very fresh and modern. Bedroom was a good size and well decorated. Liked the coffee machine and that there was also a kettle. Breakfast was great, a good selection available. Gluten free bread was available on request. About a ten minute walk to the main shopping area.

16/03/2026: 10/10 experience. Walking distance from the Anderson’s Quay bus station (highly recommend Kavanaugh coach). Private and quiet location off the main street. Open your window to enjoy the birds in the morning. Friendly, fast welcome at check in. Tidy and unfussy room was very comfortable and spacious. Shower water pressure was next-level. Biscuits and tea was a lovely finish to a long day. Close walk to dining options. Royal Wok is delicious and right around the corner. Endless shops and High Street close by. So perfect, can’t wait to be back.

30/06/2026: One of the nicest full Irish’s I’ve gotten in ages and the best staff/customer service I’ve experienced! You have to stop in here!!!
