03/11/2024: Ye have me ruined! I can't get a burger anywhere else because it'll never be as good. The Korean BBQ wings are so good too along with the loaded fries. Add to this there will be specials like fish and chips, smash burgers and butter chicken.

21/10/2024: We had an absolutely amazing night, the service was spectacular! The food was amazing! It Luis knows his stuff, you can see he’s passionate!
The food is 5* The taster menu was a real treat for 100euro. The wine paring was fantastic but we did feel for 70 euro each it was a little bit steep for what we got. Nether the less, it was a amazing! Luis has a great team and you can see he really cares about that he does! Will definitely be back again if we can get a table

09/10/2024: I recently dined at Le Mara restaurant and am excited to share my experience. The cuisine is simply succulent, each dish prepared with care and quality ingredients. Additionally, the service was impeccable thanks to our waitress, who was both attentive and very friendly. She was able to advise us on the menu and make our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Le Mara to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

07/11/2024: No words can express the absolutely perfection that we experienced at Waterford Castle for our daughter’s wedding! It was beyond our hopes and dreams. They seamless took care of all the pieces for our stay and ceremony. We seriously felt like family. Gillian is the most professional, amazing, conscientious coordinator you could ask for. Her attention to detail and true caring showed in everything she did! Sally was so lovely. Fiona made us feel so well taken care of. Ryan served us well, if you know what I mean!!😉🥃🍸. Antonio was so helpful! Micheal is a gem and always put a smile on our face! Needless to say we loved our time at the castle!! ❤️

27/09/2024: An authentic Italian welcome from the staff, lovely food, canoli especially, smooth tasting coffee, served by staff whilst I was seated. Lovely atmosphere to watch the hustle of Blacfriars lane. Lovely little spot, cha bella!!!

31/10/2024: Absolutely loved our stay in the granville hotel ,the staff are absolutely amazing and the food is outstanding from bar food to the restaurant, the hotel itself is a wonderful old building that's so warm and comfortable and very convenient to all Waterford has to offer ,we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel and its warm friendly staff.
07/10/2024: Upon visiting waterford for business purposes I popped into the hotel for breakfast. It was 09.57hrs , the lady at the desk stated to make our way over to breakfast room that it was served at 10.00hrs. On making our way there a staff member in the breakfast area asked what were we doing here and we stated we were directed this way for breakfast . I have to say she was the most ignorant member of staff I have ever met told us to get out that breakfast isn't served until 10.00hrs and this was at 09.58hrs. She shut the door behind us. We therefore left and won't be returning. It takes nothing to be nice to people, and we felt like a total inconvenience to the hotel especially this staff member.

30/10/2024: Atmosphere on a fairly quiet Tuesday evening but we were really looking for that. A sublime choice of crafted beers. Personally I was able to taste a particularly interesting oyster stout and an excellent OHaras 51 state. Rock music for people my age, quite nostalgic for the 90s 😂. Edit: second evening here. Fu.king good playlist! Even my 20-year-old daughter, a music expert and student in Waterford, thought it was amazing! And my beer is still just as good!
