30/06/2025: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Tully’s Bar – A True Local Gem in Waterford! Tully’s Bar has such a unique charm – it's where locals go for a real pint, good music, and a relaxed vibe. I was there on a Friday with a live band and Saturday with a DJ, and while I love to dance, the vibe was more chilled – retro tunes, jazz, classic rock – a nice break from the typical commercial scenes. It’s not your average tourist bar, and that’s what makes it so much better. You’ll find people enjoying their Guinness, local brews (something between a Smithwick's and Guinness – amazing!), and having real conversations. The whole place feels like a secret favorite spot. Now, if you're like me and used to super cold drinks, you might notice the pints aren’t as icy as expected – they don’t rotate them fast, or maybe they go so quick they get warm – but hey, that’s part of the Irish experience 🇮🇪. Locals don’t mind at all, and honestly, you’ll get used to it. If you want to experience the real Waterford, with good vibes, music, and local flavour – Tully’s is the place.

15/08/2025: A fantastic little restaurant in the square. Completely under-rated. The food is delicious for either breakfast or lunch. But it is the service that is excellent, you don’t get service like that anymore. Very attentive, make you feel so welcome. All the girls were great, a credit to the place. Special callout to Jess.

05/09/2025: Down from dublin and have to say both nights Adam and Andrew made my night the lads are so accommodating will make any drink and so friendly. They made my trip to Waterford very memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and was no problem for a fussy eater like me to give me what I like, i love a black Russian and the lads went out of their way to find the recipe and make it for me. They made time to chat to everyone and make them feel special. Them lads are worth their weight in gold. Thank you the reg for a wonderful time.

22/08/2025: I just love going for a coffee in The Thatch. The staff are so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. They are what The Thatch Stands for. The food is so tasty and as for the desserts WOW! If U want to treat yourself check out their Crossiant Vanilla Slice...unreal..
