Stumbled into Tullys bar upon arriving in Waterford. Came across a lovely barkeep who went by the name Scanlon. He soothed me on the bank holiday Monday with a few pints of Rí Rá at discounted price after charming him with my cúpla focal. 5/5 would recommend

04/07/2026: This place deserves a Michelin star! We met the trailor twice in Wexford and really really liked the food. So we travelled to Waterford this weekend just to see the real place! It's amazing. Love the place, the design and the food. Highly recommend!
01/07/2026: Unfortunately I was not impressed. The service was good, but the meal was very bland. The sauce in the Pasta Arribiatt seemed like the canned stuff you get in the supermarket. Dining/grabbing a bite to eat in a tent is not what I was planning. Not good.
