09/07/2026: Wonderful place soo much fun great music and great beer!

10/08/2026: Clean place, a good range of hot fresh foods on the menu, coffee and iced lattés. Comfortable booths, some outdoor seating. Decor bland. Very convenient after visiting the garden centre and hardware stores. Plenty of parking right outside.

06/08/2026: The owner worked us in tho this busy restaurant was full. I ordered a fish pie which was superb, added some veggies which I was almost too full to eat, and G ordered plaice and loved it. We were so glad to have found this wonderful restaurant.

28/07/2026: Everything was incredible. Each course with the pairing of the wines were fantastic selections. Chapter One made our trip to Dublin- one to remember. Thank you for our experience and giving us a great experience celebrating our daughter’s graduation trip. We look forward to coming back when we are back in Dublin.

12/07/2026: Domino’s is Domino’s — no matter which branch you visit, the food is always fresh and the environment is usually neat and clean. Unfortunately, some of the staff members were extremely rude. Their attitude was absolutely disgusting and very disappointing.

06/08/2026: Visited grogans castle lounge today, ordered a pink gin tonic and a Guinness. Bill came to 18.90. We ordered another round and was charged 21.90 so I questioned it and was told it was correct. I queried it and they gave me a copy of the receipt to which I saw they charged me a bottle of sol instead of a bottle of tonic. They then gave me 2.90 in change short changing me 90cent. I live and I am from Dublin, I will not be returning! ***TOURIST BEWARE***ASK FOR A RECIEPT

22/07/2026: Had a beautiful breakfast. Got the small breakfast, still very filling and tasted like home. The scone to finish was also very yummy. Recommend to all.

05/08/2026: Delicious pizzas, nice selection of craft beers, good music and friendly staff. Was really busy but got a table after a short wait. Very warm inside due to pizza over but worth it. We will be back for sure! Only negative is the light sensor in the women’s toilet is way to brief and you are in the dark and need to flail around on the toilet to get the light in again 😅

09/08/2026: We visited on Thursday with our three young kids. We sat outside the back in a lovely area. We were so impressed with the quality of service from the young waitress we had…the best service we have had in years. Our food was really quick which is a major advantage with young kids. The quality was amazing. So tasty. We loved it so much I sent my folks the following night and they had an equally brilliant experience!

11/08/2026: We visited The House Restaurant during a day trip to Howth after a colleague of mine recommended it, and I came here with my parents. We arrived around 1:30 pm and the restaurant was already quite busy, but luckily we still managed to get a table without a reservation, although I would definitely recommend booking in advance! We came to Howth hoping to enjoy some authentic, fresh fish, and this was exactly what we were looking for. We had the catch of the day, haddock served fish-and-chips style with tartar sauce and crushed peas. It was absolutely delicious and definitely worth the visit. Even though the restaurant was full, we didn’t have to wait long for our food, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. If you’re visiting Howth and looking for a great place to enjoy fresh, authentic fish, I can definitely recommend stopping by The House Restaurant! 🐟🇮🇪

19/07/2026: Really lovely meal here. The staff were fantastic so good with kids and didnt have to ask for kids meals before adults etc they just knew instinctively. The food was delicious and highly recommend the lamb boxty.

17/07/2026: Charming restaurant and delightful meal. My husband and I tried two different boxtys, the lamb and the chicken, and we enjoyed them both. We also had the soup of the day, which I think was a parsnip soup. The flavor was somehow delicate and robust at the same time, well seasoned, and quite delicious. While all of the food was quite good, I especially enjoyed the bread basket! The brown bread with walnuts was so yummy with some butter, I couldn't stop eating it. I'd recommend visiting this restaurant while in Killarney.

24/07/2026: I went here yesterday with my partner for the Tomahawk Steak Experience, and I genuinely can't recommend it enough! The food was incredible, everything was cooked perfectly, and it was a fantastic portion for two people. We ordered the bone marrow mash and house fries, and also received a complimentary salad. For sauces, we went with chimichurri, garlic butter, and charcoal butter on the recommendation of our server and she was 100% right!! For dessert we went for the salted caramel mousse and the chocotorta, and both were absolutely delicious. They were the perfect sweet finish after such a savoury feast. The restaurant itself was so cosy and welcoming. Every member of staff we spoke to was friendly, attentive, and genuinely knowledgeable about the menu. They were more than happy to make recommendations, which really enhanced the experience since it was our first visit. We paid around €80 for the steak experience, plus a bit extra for drinks and desserts, which felt incredibly reasonable considering both the quality and the generous portions. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. I wouldn't hesitate to come back, and I'll definitely be recommending it to friends and family. Thank you! 🥰

19/07/2026: No complaints at all. The course is complete, the teacher is friendly, the environment is warmful and the course is very complete, from the coffee essentials to the machine cleaning, going through a variety of different coffees.

10/07/2026: Excellent course! Very well organized, with clear explanations and plenty of practical exercises. I learned a lot, gained more confidence in preparing coffee, and left with new knowledge. I recommend it to anyone who wants to start in the barista field. Thank you for this great experience!
