27/03/2025: We booked a table for late in the evening but wandered in alot earlier due to a need for sustenance! Warmly welcomed and seated at the bar as our table was not yet available and picked a epic red wine from the excellent list. The casual atmosphere and staff were great and we devoured the fantastic plates including prawns, pate and crocettes. This was the highlight of our time in Kinsale. We will be back.

08/04/2025: By chance , a friend and I called into Ferrit & Lee recently on a Friday afternoon , we were both very impressed not only by the quality of our respective dining choices we were both complimentary regarding not only the welcome we received from the staff, we weren't booked, but the positivity and smiling service we received from these young people ! Kudos to F&L , your food and staff have left a very positive feeling and hopefully we will see you again for, you deserve a return from us . Btw , as we dined outside it was easy for us to note a steady flow of patrons , this says a lot !! Thank you for you food and welcome !!
08/04/2025: What a relaxed lively restaurant with amazing food. I had the pasta and hu by had the steak. The lemon meringue was so so nice. The baileys coffee was so nice. Even Finn agreed.

23/03/2025: Wish I had taken pictures of (and in) this place. Seems to be nothing online, and they do not have a website which I feel would help them exponentially.
Service was standard, nothing outstanding about it. Only thing I would change is for checkout, you have to go to the bar and tell them your table number to get checked out which is a bit odd. It seems more conducive for the waiter/waitress to bring the check over.
Food was great. Again, no menu that I can find on the non-existent website.... but I essentially had a roast duck with roasted veggies and Garlic Mashed potatoes on the side. Everything was great. Hadnt had duck in something like 10 years, so figured I would give it a try.
22/03/2025: Had a delicious roast beef baguette with gravy. Fabulous!

21/03/2025: My partner and myself had the pleasure of dining here last Sunday. It was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. The rump of lamp was like cutting into a fillet steak. Perfection.🥰
19/03/2025: Our hotel did not recommend getting a reservation. And we went and there were not many people there at the time that we arrived, but the staff again seemed frustrated that we did not have a reservation. The portions on most meals were very nice. I had a steak that was magnificent. Some people got the shrimp and were disappointed.
