On our last day in London we wanted to eat fish & chips again and found this small and very cozy restaurant near our hotel. Very friendly service. The food was very tasty and plentiful, at a very good price. We can only recommend it to everyone.
Fish batter could have been a lot crispier and the tartare sauce was pretty weak but otherwise overall a good fish and chips, well cooked and tasty. Mushy peas was nice.
Service in the restaurant wasn't attentive as we were out of sight, just round thw corner and had to go up to them twice when we needed something, they rarely checked up on us and the restaurant was near empty at the time and is quite small so that was a bit disappointing otherwise lovely interior and friendly staff.
This place is a gem. The food is just right. Great fish fried crisp and juicy. The dining area is small and that adds to the ambiance. The wait staff are able to give you space and still be there when you want them. I find myself looking for opportunities to swing by when I need my fish n chips fix. Well, now I skip fish n chips at other places so that I can come here!
The tastiest fish & chips I've eaten to date! Portion (large) huge, but the price is really great!
If we are in London again, we would be happy to come back.
One of the best places to eat fish and chips. Surprising price for the quantity and how good it is. Too bad, it is a small place although it is cozy. We booked in advance and it was great. I would repeat if I had to choose again
