20/04/2025: A must visit to this unreal wee spot. Overheard a local diner saying the waffles are amazing here, so ordered. Super fast service, staff excellent super friendly. WiFi is BUYAPINT!

28/05/2025: We were looking for lunch and came across Rolf's. It's located a little above the town of Baltimore, but well signposted. There's a large parking lot.
We ordered the breaded chicken schnitzel with salad and rosemary potatoes for lunch.
What can I say? The food was amazing. The schnitzel wasn't dry, topped with a fantastic breading. The salad and dressing were simply fantastic. The potatoes were perfect.
And the facility we saw was very well-maintained and clean.
The service was excellent, very attentive and friendly.
28/05/2025: We stopped for lunch during our motorcycle tour. Very good food, friendly service, and a lovely place for a short break.

11/06/2025: Only used the restaurant and it was fabulous
03/06/2025: We just spent two wonderful nights at Casey's. We expected more from our room (No. 89 in the Cottage), so we're deducting one star overall. The rooms in the hotel itself are supposed to be much nicer.
But the rest more than made up for it:
A wonderful location with a view of the water, very good young staff, and above all, outstanding food.
Both at breakfast and especially in the evening.
The mussels from their own farm and fish were excellent.
We were very happy to have stayed here on our tour.
