28/09/2026: After a week away it was a joy to drive through Charleville & stop here for a bite for eat. I had heard alot about it. We didn't have a reservation but the girl kindly checked if she had sonething available & brought us to a beautiful glasshouse area for our meal. I highly recommend the bangers & mash with the mushrooms & onions. It was delicious. The staff are a credit to the place, nothing seemed a problem to them & they all seemed happy to be there. I definitely will return. Thank you

03/10/2026: Geared more towards food than simply just having a drink in a traditional pub but nonetheless the pint of Beamish here is absolutely superb. Worth the visit alone.
14/09/2026: Absolutely loved this place, very much a passing through job and unsure of what this country side venue would produce, had chicken tenders and the goats cheese salad and it was genuinely delicious, extremely reasonably priced, large indoor and outdoor seating areas too, thanks a mill guys, will defo stop in again when passing through Charleville.

05/06/2026: Stayed here for 1 night , if it wasnt for the moslty friendly staff it be gettng 1 star. Food is by far very poor. I was with 2 others and said same .says fresh fish ! Frozen cheap pieces frozen chips. And desert says handmade. Same frozen tarts .and cold. And for this muck it taken ages come out. Really get rid chefs if they in charge Food. My child would make better

23/08/2026: McDonald’s and Burger King don’t even come close to Supermac’s. The burgers are better, the portions are better, and the whole experience just hits differently. After trying Supermac’s, the other two feel like absolute crap in comparison. 🇮🇪🍔
Supermac’s wins, no contest.

03/10/2026: I was extremely disappointed with the food here. I had never been before, and I can honestly say I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.
We ordered crispy duck with orange sauce and sesame chicken. Both dishes had an unpleasant smell and definitely did not seem fresh. The duck was so chewy that I could barely eat it. The chicken was grey rather than white, which honestly made me feel uncomfortable and afraid to eat it.
The egg fried rice was sticky and extremely salty.
Overall, the food was a complete waste of money, and the experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place at all.
