19/11/2023: Stayed here with my family, had earrings and quite a good bit of cash stolen, when we complained to staff all they could say was that there is no cameras on the second floor where we staying and that there is nothing they can do about it, my family were the only people in the hotel so it could not have been anyone else except the staff, we heard such great things about this hotel before but after this experience we will never be staying in this hotel again, absolutely horrendous experience overall.
24/09/2023: Just had coffee there, it was lovely.
