Hunters Rest in Mitchelstown

A group of us stopped off here for lunch on Sunday 6th September. Had ordered in advance. Food was delicious and the girls were magnificent.

One of the best places we ate during our trip to Ireland. We can definitely recommend it. The service was very friendly, fast, and professional, and the portions were really large and filling. The food was very tasty, well-prepared, and presented without any unnecessary fuss. Another big plus is the reasonable prices for the quality and portion sizes. We enjoyed everything and would happily return. A very good place for a decent meal.

Outstanding restaurant. Food was absolutely delicious. It may have been served in a pub but it was leagues beyond your standard pub grub. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Atmosphere really relaxed and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Great food and service whenever we go here. Only issue is the vst dining room can appear overwhelming when the place is quiet. Perhaps curtains or something similar halfway down the room would break it up on a quiet evening.

One of the friendliest restaurants we.ve eaten in, food was excellent and staff were exemplary, checked regularly that everything was good and if we wanted more. Great value for money. Highly recommended

Not what we expected from looking at the menu layout. The place is a glorified fast food joint. That's it. Food is ok. Service was good. It's good for something quick and cheerful.
