03/03/2024: *** I’m editing the post to say that Istanbul have given me a full refund on my order. This is not something that I asked for, I received a email to say order cancel so and money into the account. Credit due to the them for fixing the issue******** First and last time ordering. Order placed at 6:10pm order delivered at 7:55pm after online system saying 45 minutes to delivery. Drive said they were busy with a large party. Nearly 2 hours from ordering time. 5 very hungry children ready to go to bed at this stage.

15/10/2023: Good portion s of everything,wife and kids happy, plenty of room, friendly staff . Pizzas top class, taco fries were perfect (which can be ropey in some places) kids pizza on childrens menu more than adequate size and smiley polite staff. No robbery here fair prices for all. My wife commented on her side salad being delicious.well done lads great place for grub.what more do you want

30/09/2023: Whilst the food was acceptable and we enjoyed what we had, nothing to shout about. Service was very poor and not somewhere we would wish to go back to

04/04/2024: 9 of us turned up unexpectedly, not long before closing time. One lovely lady serving coped amazingly 👏. The food was excellent, too. Well done, and thanks.

28/10/2023: Was told 30 min when I called in the order, was kept waiting another 15. Felt like it hadn't even been started when I arrived.

29/02/2024: Terrible. Be mindful of companies using bots as reviews and look for authentic reviews before ordering food... The first time I'll actually rate a food star below at least 4 stars. This place is absolutely terrible. I'd advise not to get take away. Perhaps when going there personally it could be different. Firstly. Made an order for a pizza and said it was 14 euro special, got charged 19 euro. Ordered milkshakes and got two cokes. Like why have stuff on a menu if you don't have it at all.. This is called false advertising. So I'll rate the food. Churros - 1. They didn't have any flavour. They were as cold as the Atlantic ocean when they arrived. Chicken wings - 1. I threw them in the bin. Think they were a week old. This place seriously needs to be envistigated for its food standards. Atrocious. Pizza - HOW DO YOU F UP A PIZZA THAT COSTS 19 EURO SO BAD. HOW DO YOU SCREW UP A PIZZA PERIOD. Shocking. Absolutely shambolic. How do people order food from this place? Did it have cheese on it? Did it have bacon? I could taste onion. I could also taste some weird stuff off the dough or pancake dough they seem to use. It looks like they haven't cleaned whatever they cook the pizza in, because the bottom of it has burn marks in a criss cross manner. The pizza WAS ICE COLD. I had to microwave the bloody whole thing. It's absolutely shocking. 1 star max. I mean surely this place needs to be investigated. The coke was the only thing I ordered that they couldn't f up. I swear I'll probably open it and it'll somehow be off. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I hope apache sees this review and sorts there issues out. Never been to a bad apache, perhaps only been to like 2. This is atrocious. Terrible terrible place. Fair enough if you charging 5 bucks a pizza. 19 euro for this shambolic mess? Don't go here. Be warned for take out.

24/02/2024: Called for a pizza and with a side of chicken. Told it would be 30 mins. 90 minutes later still not arrived, rang Apache Kinsale to ask where our pizza was and was told “is fine” and they hung up. Won’t be ordering from them again!

15/03/2024: Had a lovely take away to start the bank Holiday weekend. Thanks to the manager for his excellent customer service.

02/04/2024: Staff literally shouting at one another. Bad enough but I ordered food for my family, including a pepperoni pizza. The pizza arrived with no pepperoni on it. The rude staff member who took my order was uninterested and rude and said they can’t take it back as there were bites taken! I spoke to another person who said they made a mistake and they would make another. Never arrived. When I approached a person who acted like a manager accused me of telling lies and that the pepperoni was under the cheese. My kids were unnerved by the whole thing but staff didn’t care and blamed us. Uninterested, terrible atmosphere and staff. I would never bring children into this simply awful place. UPDATE: corporate Supermac’s emailed me for more details but ultimately didn’t believe me. This added insult to injury. They obviously do not care about their customers. Shame on an Irish business. Don’t engage with them if they approach you. Disgraceful.

11/02/2024: First time ever eating at a supermac's. Let's just say if you ever feel like you want a burger or something else on there menu, I would definitely recommend coming here. They even do fish and chips at the time of this post. So great when visiting cobh.

05/02/2024: Got chips shocking was raw and burnt wont be my first option in Midleton again

14/01/2024: Best taco fries in the town by far. Buffalo pizza is great also.
