29/05/2025: After we visited the Midleton Distillery, pizza was calling my name. I stumbled across Cornerstone from a map search & VERY glad I did. I order 3 pizzas, meat lovers, cheese & pepperoni. They bake the pizzas in what looks like wood fire oven & use a giant wood spatula to move them around the oven. Nice crispy crust. The cheese pizza had 4 types of cheeses, and you got a nice blend with parmesan & maybe blue cheese hint, that was actually really good. The meat lovers had pepperoni, bacon, ham & chicken & the group favorite. Pepperoni was good too, but did’t stand out as much as the others. Note they only offer 12” pizzas.

10/07/2025: An authentic pub in arguably the most beautiful part of Ireland, hurling on TV, Guinness and top-quality fish and chips. My wife even got a non-alcoholic shandy… They're considerate of the unfamiliar.
06/07/2025: A beautiful place! I tried the fish tostada special today and it was to die for. The team are so warm and welcoming and there is so much life around the pub, whether it's people cheering for the hurling, dancing to live music, having a pint on the waterfront or even using the sauna on the front lawn. An epic spot to spend your day 😁

For me a great restaurant is one that makes you feel good as soon as you step inside, before even looking at the menu and An Chistin Beag ticks that box every time
24/05/2025: Before visiting Skibbereen, we decided to have lunch at An Christin Beag (the small kitchen) based on the reviews we read. We very much enjoyed our experience. My wife had a BLT sandwich and I ordered the baked Hake with mashed potatoes and vegetables. The Hake was simply excellent. Perfectly cooked and amply portionned. The service was very efficient. Highly recommended!

What a nice surprise!
The atmosphere was lovely and comfortable, with a cozy, homey feel that made us feel right at ease from the moment we walked in.
The food was delicious, with a menu that not only celebrated Irish roots but also playfully incorporated a few international twists. Surprisingly, everything came together beautifully — the flavors were balanced and thoughtfully crafted.
Prices were very reasonable, and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. Attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming.
Highly recommended if you’re looking for great food in a relaxed, heartwarming setting.

We returned, absolutely 1st class food, super fast service & value for money. More of a pizza place, although has a great looking special board!
Definitely worth a stop, in this heaven off a place, tgat is Skull

12/07/2025: My husband and I went there to get food. Quickly learned that they didn’t have any. We ended up getting Indian food up the street and the bar tender was very kind to let us sit and grab a few pints while we ate. The service was very friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the pub!

14/05/2025: Fab place, and service. Popped in on the off chance they had a table and served food last week. Great service from the lovely staff, and the food was divine. Gorgeous fresh fish. We had the Fish goujans and Hake. And to our surprise the prices were so reasonable. We'll be back for sure, as the menu had a great selection. 😊

06/07/2025: Stopped into Kelly's Bar while visiting the small port town of Cobh, Ireland. Near the harbor, this Irish Pub was one of several highlights of our time there. We had the best Guinness we've ever had, and an Irish Whiskey we found difficult to duplicate during the rest of our visit to Ireland. If you have a chance, stop in. We found a warm welcome, good service, and great drinks!
24/06/2025: Wooden ambiance decorated with boat and navigation elements, with plenty of beers and a well-pulled draft beer.
A good place to chat and relax.

01/06/2025: We came on a Saturday night: no reservations and other restaurants non-accommodating. Though they were full, they were still able to get us in. We had steamed mussels, the burger, a steak and halibut bites - all delicious!! Chips were the best we had in days (when in Ireland, we do get picky about our chips). Also had a Baby Guinness and an Irish Coffee! Bartender was spot-on! Great find and we would go back again.

24/05/2025: This place still has me thinking of coming back to Kinsale! Thomas and staff were so inviting, friendly and attentive, the food was off the charts from apps to mains to dessert. Looking forward to next year as I trek back from the Philadelphia area to visit again. You will not be let down, make that reservation and sit back and enjoy it all! AAAAA+++++
01/05/2025: Wow what can I say. This place is a taste delight. By far the best food I’ve ever tasted and such good value. We felt so happy to have found it and would come back to Kinsale (from uk) just to be able to eat here again! The staff are also really great….relaxed, knowledgable and lots of fun!
