12/07/2025: Lovely cafe. Quality coffee. Staff v professional and friendly. Its does a great trade so sometimes expect to wait just a few mins for your coffee when it's very busy.

20/08/2025: Good, reliable spot for dinner, open all week. Big portions, just what you want after a big hike. Most impressive is the desserts - absolutely heavenly profiteroles and banoffee, homemade! Corbett's stick to the classics and do them very well.

The girl serving was incredibly friendly, and she told me that if I paid with coins, it would be even better. She accepted all my change with a smile. The coffee was delicious, and I couldn't recommend it more. Definitely a place I would return to a thousand times. 🌿☕️💛

31/08/2025: Great restaurant in Midleton. We were visiting for a wedding, and this catered to our large group of 10. Had lots of vegetarian and vegan options, and food was really delicious. There's even a play area for kids.

02/09/2025: Just popped in on Sunday with my grandaughter had the choclate brownie with sea salt and caramel ice cream. All i can say is heavenly, it has the softest centre, with a beautifully chewy crust. Excellent. Staff are so friendly and helpfull.

26/06/2025: Quaint little cafe with friendly, welcoming staff. Pretty decor and a happy atmosphere. The sort of place books are written about. I went in and ate alone but didn’t feel awkward at all. Great coffee and fantastic food- I had a full Irish - The other reviews don’t disappoint, it was fantastic, the best black and white pudding I’ve ever eaten!

08/08/2025: I honestly feel there isn't enough space here to review this restaurant! Its the most unassuming establishment but wow once you walk through that door, you are met with Victor, and his energy is enough to raise the roof! Don't ever say this is just a pub because it is very unique. We visited yesterday as a tired husband and wife out for a well deserved evening while we had respite for our special needs child. When you have a child with complex needs, you dont just need a night out, you need warmth, comfort, relaxation and good food. Victor didn't know us as it was our first time, but somehow he reads the room and he gets that we all come with our own stories. Anyway enough of the softly softly, the food was delicious. Small plates, just enough to explore the expertise of the chef. Tapas style but much more than that. Superb quality. Superb service. I cant rate it highly enough. We loved the experience. Victor is a gem and I want a slice of his energy. We paid and left last night when Victor wasnt nearby but as we crossed the road, he opened the door and called across at us thanking us and saying goodbye. Thank you O Mahoneys and I have already told people about your beautiful soulful restaurant and I recommend any carer out there to just go and feel cherished. Susanne and Paul.🥰

28/08/2025: This place was so cool! After hiking for like 3 hours on Sherkin we desperately needed to rest and this place did not disappoint. The food? INSANELY GOOD! Even their desert was top notch. It was decorated so well too. if I ever go back to Ireland I am for sure coming back here. 12/10

19/08/2025: The Fish and Fires at this restaurant was a complete disappointment. The food was not tasty, and the tartar sauce was mediocre. The place was too dark inside, making it difficult to see or food. The restaurant was noisy and messy, which made it uncomfortable to eat. Despite the service being fast and smooth, I didn’t enjoy my meal. Price, too expensive.
