21/06/2025: This is a really nice pub, it looks fantastic after a refurb and the atmosphere is great. The pints are as good as you'll get and the staff are very friendly and professional. The food is really nice and vegan options are available. The Drimoleague Inn is a must visit if you're in West Cork.

05/07/2025: Superb. The most amazing lobster roll I’ve ever tasted. Came with a huge salad and fries and on a gluten free roll as per request. Was so pleasantly surprised to have gluten free options right by the cable car on Dursey Sound. Owners fiancé is also celiac and they were very knowledgeable.

23/06/2025: A truly delicious, very large ciabatta type roll filled with local lobster, chips and a really varied dressed salad. Fed two big eaters! Such lovely, friendly staff and what a location - dolphin watching between us and Dursey Island while we ate. Superb!

06/09/2025: Cute dog friendly coffee shop. Coffee, Iced Matcha and briscoff protein balls were lovely. There is no seating area but this suited us as it was only a pit stop before our walk

07/10/2025: I recently took my Wife to Jim Edwards for lunch on 20th September 2025. From start to finish the experience was fantastic and the quality of both food and service was simply superb. We were staying locally and our hostess informed me that this establishment has been in business for a considerable period, that it is Jim's son who is now in charge and that this pub/restaurant has been operating at a very high level as long as she could remember. Very grateful for a lovely experience and incredible food. Looking forward to visiting again.

02/10/2025: Dropped in for a meal 3 people right from the start it took an age for a waiter to come with the menu order taken twice we had to check where the order was when it eventually arrived it was cold that was the end of the meal we got a small amount of the meal we left disappointed we loved Kinsale

12/09/2025: Welcoming staff, delicious vegan fare, and a wide range of books available to peruse - from gently used all the way to rare/signed/first editions. They have a variety of weekly events posted around the shop, along with reminders to put your phone away so you can absorb the peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely return to this sweet, thoughtfully considered space!

05/12/2025: Service was excellent but hardly anyone there so lacked atmosphere (it was Wed to be fair). I asked for steak sandwich without the bread and they said no ‘I had to have the bread.’ I’ve never had a problem with this request any where else before. V strange.

08/11/2025: Great to see the Overdraught back up and running. Menu much better with Quality over quantity of options. The feather blade beef was excellent and great value. Guinness was good! They accommodated a simple cheese burger for a fussy kid that was not an option on the kids menu also which I want to say thank you again for doing. The same great quality as the main double smash burger on the menu so plate was licked clean! The bar is a beautiful room that oozes real Irish bar and old-world charm - it would be five stars for atmosphere if the big beautiful fire stove was lit. Would take the coziness to a level that would make people would come far and wide to have lovely cozy dinner or weekend lunch. They had several candles lit which was lovely but nothing beats a radiating fire! Plenty of firewood in the woods behind - just saying!

03/11/2025: My wife and I went to the Overdraught for Sunday dinner. I hadn't been there in a few years and I must say It was a great experience. Great menu options, great service. Will definitely be back!

09/11/2025: Very old school decor and charging city prices for mediocre food. Shooting fish in a barrel with the proximity to the main road, they don't even have to try.
