We couldn’t be happier that we chose Garryvoe Hotel as our wedding venue. From the very beginning, Aidan was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was so accommodating, offered invaluable advice, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The bridal suite was beautiful, the food was exceptional (our guests are still raving about it!), and the service was outstanding. A special mention to Boris, who was such a gentleman, and to Peader and all of the waiting staff, who couldn’t have been kinder or more attentive throughout the day. We genuinely had the best day of our lives and honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. Thank you so much to Aidan and the entire Garryvoe team for helping to create our dream wedding. Visited here for lunch today. The restaurant was very busy and full so we were offered a table in the bar. This was perfect for us 2 adults, 3 kids. Our order was taken within 10 mins of sitting but then all the issues came up. The food took quite a long time to come to the table +30 minutes. My sister ordered chowder but was never given the correct cutlery. So she had to go looking for it. Ordered cordial for the kids. This came when all our food had been finished. We went to the bar 4 times to ask for gravy/salt/drinks/cutlery etc. The staff were clearly under a lot of pressure. Such small things made our whole experience fairly disappointing. The food was ok but nothing special and the prices did not reflect this. Even when trying to pay it was really hard to get served. And when we were about to pay the manager started loudly giving out to staff telling them to put glasses on an empty table...instead of completing the sale. We possibly came on a bad day and thats unfortunate for us. But from my own experience in hospitality the hotel simply is not staffed adequately. But a little communication goes a really long way to giving customers the feeling that your patronage is recognised and appreciated. This establishment did not perform any good customer service today.

Food and service was incredible, we had food in the restaurant. Seafood is so fresh, and Josh was very helpful. Definitely will be back.

Excellent hotel with great views of the sea and across to Ballycotton. Plenty parking!

Very lovely beach to spend time with family. Coffee truck usually there too. Plauground nearby. Lovely and spottless beach.

Stunning experience once again in Garryvoe. The staff are wonderful the food exceptional and the renovation of the lighthouse bistro is incredible . Rooms are spacious and breakfast cooked to order
