Lynchs Bakery in Macroom

Perfect place for breakfast and lunch. Great bakery full of sweet treats too. One stop shop for all your bodies fuel requirements. A++ Highly recommended.

Finnow Farm was here...loved it.

Centrally located, plenty of on street parking nearby, reasonably well priced, great selection of pastries, great staff and nice atmosphere. The coffee isn't bad either. Good banter always.

Nice little spot, lovely lemon meringue

I stayed at the Castle Hotel in Macroom for three weeks in September 2023. Across the road from the hotel was Lynch’s, a great place to eat breakfast and lunch. They also have doughnuts and pastries that are excellent. You order at the counter and then have a seat to wait for someone to bring your food, I never had a bad meal. If I missed breakfast at the hotel I would head for Lynch’s. The place was always full of locals which I took as a good sign. The number one rule for a tourist when selecting a restaurant – eat where the locals eat. It is a small family-owned business so there is limited seating, but I never had a problem finding a place to sit. There were a couple of times I had to wait for a table, but it was a short wait. It is located right off the square so there is parking but spaces are hard to come by because of the number of shops in the area.

Perfect lunch spot. Good food, friendly service and nice local atmosphere. Recommend!
