A typical Irish pub, full of charm. Good beer, good company, and great traditional local music! What more could you ask for! Plus, Bryan and Sam made our Ghost Tour a blast, teaching us a bit of Kinsale's history amidst scares and fun adventures. Exceptional and incredibly kind people!

This is a truly local Irish pub. Great, eclectic decor. Very traditional and homey with lots of regulars coming in. Drinks only. Nice covered outdoor area, too. Absolutely worth stopping in for a pint!

17/06/2026: Excellent food in a pub style atmosphere. More upscale than the usual pub fare. Vegetarian options. Go early or book - it was full by 18:00.
14/06/2026: Stayed in room 2 for one night with my wife .... lovely staff rooms were great ... location is amazing with lots to see around... was very noisy outside at night but thats only because the town is very busy nothing connected to the hotel ... would definitely return and recommend

21/08/2026: Three of us had the tasting menu last night and the experience was fabulous from start to finish. As each of the courses was presented one of the chefs came out to describe them in detail. For me the trout starter was to die for, my daughters chicken dish was her favourite, while my wife thought the fish dish of turbot was delicious. I also went with the signature wines which were all beautifully selected to go with each course. While not a cheap night out, well worth the experience.
