Church Restaurant in Skibbereen

Excellent restaurant in a beautiful building. The chicken supreme was the most delicious I’ve had in a long time, and the dessert was excellent as well. Despite the place being fully packed, the food arrived very quickly. Everything was tasty and beautifully presented. The waiter deserves special praise — very polite and gave great food recommendations. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous conversion of an old church. The food and service are quality and it shows by always being busy. Highly recommend this place if you're in Skibb.

Possibly the best meal I’ve had in my life. I am not a food critic, but I have traveled to many continents and eaten in all types of restaurants, including very high-end restaurants and I must say this is at least one of the top two restaurants that I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Menu is more less same is few places in the area. The fish and chips though were really good and a good size portion. The dector is beautiful and differnt. Staff very friendly and chatty

3 of us arrived at Church Restaurant Skibereen on Thursday 2nd July @ 5.45pm. We didn't have a reservation. We were given a choice of tables. The menu was varied, great choices, for all tastes. The staff were lovely, the food was delicious. The ambience, is amazing. Will be sure to visit again the next time we are in Skibereen. 10 out of 10, thank you.

A great little hidden gem , amazing food coupled with great service in an outstanding location. A true must if in the area

Went here on a weekday evening to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Place was busy enough. Our preferred table was given to some locals who ended up having 1 drink each (no food) and eventually left. We sat outside, right next to the entrance and had the experience of what felt like all the traffic from Cork driving through this town. But there are nicer tables avaible, it looks quite amazing on the inside. The food was ok, not the best or worst we've eaten in a restaurant before. Definitely quite expensive for the area. West Cork has lots of amazing restaurants with a much more reasonable price tag. Unfortunately the odd taste of the cilantro killed my dish entirely, this is however a personal experience and doesn't necessarily reflect on the food here in general. Service was good, though I felt a bit rushed overall. Staff was definitely trying to free up tables as quickly as possible. It was quite busy so the attentiveness was somewhat lacking. Not sure I'd go back here, mainly because there are better alternatives available.

Great, unique location, very friendly and attentive service, the food was very good and of the highest quality. And the portions were very large.
