West Cork Hotel in Skibbereen

Stayed there last Saturday, the staff were amazing .The food was amazing really amazing obviously the chefs love what they are doing.the rooms are lovely

It’s an old hotel but the rooms are nicely refurbished. We ate there 2 nights .the food & service were very good

We stayed in room 107 and spent the night wondering whether the fantom mid-night train would crash through room 108 and over the old iron bridge on its way to Kilkenny. Less prosaically, a traditional hotel will all you expect, including a car park. Top tip: A pint of Murphy's and roast for dinner.

This is THE place to stay in lovely Skibbereen. Location is excellent, good easy parking and tremendous staff. Everyone without exception was friendly and made us feel happy to be there. Evening meal of lamb shank was superb, Irish breakfast in the morning will keep us going all day.

Everything about this hotel is great, friendliest staff anywhere, great location, comfortable rooms and great food. I was on business this time but will be bringing my family back asap. Skibbereen is such a beautiful town also. Couldn't recommend the entire place enough.

We held another small family function with 17 in attendance at the West Cork Hotel on Saturday 21st March. As usual fine food and plenty of it with Excellent service. Thank you to Aidan who took the booking, to Annmarie who stopped by to say Hello and to the staff who served the meal especially the wonderful lady, whose name I don't know, who was able to elegantly carry four plates at once and was so helpful and efficient.
